In these 6 months i want to change. Im 24 years old and Im 25kgs overweight and ive tried to lose weight before and lost some weight but never been so serious. But this time im dead serious. I want to give all my life this time.
Is it possible to lose 25 kg till christmas?
What should i do? Should i just go on a long term fast?

>Is it possible Yes >Is it wise No, however, if you're looking just to lose weight then you should cut calorie intake. If you're looking to also become Jow Forums then I'd exercise a fair bit (depending on how Jow Forums)
My beautiful baby, if you lose weight there will be some serious breast size reduction as well and that would just be a shame you see
You are udderly beautiful just the way you are, no need to lose weight

>Is it possible The generally accepted rate of healthy fat-loss is approximately 0.5 to 1 kg per week. There's about 18 weeks to Christmas, so by that guideline you won't quite make the 25kg goal but that's not a reason not to lose as much as you reasonably can.
That being said, I have lost 20kgs in 3 months without ill effect so anecdotally, you can. >What should i do? Everyone needs to find what works for them, and what worked for me was a total lifestyle overhaul. I had moved away to study at a uni with a really spread out campus with only my legs to get me anywhere. I walked an average of 5 hours a day on very hilly terrain, and due to being a poorfag, I only ate from the cafeteria which didn't offer anything egregiously unhealthy.
I think long-term weight-loss isn't about "dieting" or "exercise", but rather it's your lifestyle.

This user is right, you can make good progress in that time, but it’s a lifestyle overhaul. Find out your BMR and eat at a 500cal deficit a day. You will get hungry, and it’ll take willpower not to eat past your calorie intake for the day. Start walking whenever you can. Do fasted cardio three times a week if you can. I believe in you
Dont be upset for failing your exam, see it as an opportunity to do better next time, with sufficient preparation. You have 6 months time to learn, use them well user.

I’d fuck the shit out of you but I’m into bigger girls and would still say you’re a bit too big.
Strength train with really high volume, easiest way to burn calories. Add in cardio too bc you do essentially limitless amounts of it.

Eat approximately 1500-1800 kcal every day, with 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat, could be 150g of carbs, 150g of protein and 75g of fat. Don't go below that threshold, ideally take in even more protein (1-2g per lean lb of body weight). Eat 1-2 apples before every meal and work out a lot. Aim to build muscle during your cut (works because the body will use up the fats), every 5 lbs of muscle mass burn 250 kcal more.

why did you fail

>cut calorie intake
bad way to put it, yes reduce calloric intake, but you still need to get your three meals a day. replace unhealthy foods with lower calorie alternatives while still ensuring you get a good balance in nutrients and vitamins.
skipping meals or under eating too much can really fuck up your body if you arent careful, it can even make it more difficult to keep weight off
