Low hearheart is actually bad. Your blood will thicken and its like a freight train moving at low velocity. There was a cyclist that had a resting heartrate of 34 BPM and he couldnt stay resting, he had to fucking cycle in his sleep to stay alive. I went to the hospital recently after a full-body panic attack that rendered my limbs pretty much useless. They didn’t even bat an eye at my 80 bpm, my blood pressure was perfect and my enzymes were as well. Don’t let it get to you too much.

Yeah, been through that. I went through years of paranoia about my heart thanks to a mismanaged hyperthyroid issue. The best thing you can do is get checked out, and if everything looks good - just relax. I know that’s easier said than done, so you could always talk to your doc about something to help. I take a small dose of metoprolol which kinda helps me psychologically. But in general, just regular exercise reassures me that I’m gonna be okay.

Blood test says my thyroid is fine. I'm just being a anxious faggot. I'm ashamed that I've literally made up a condition in my head. My resting heart rate is 78 but with meditation I can lower it to between 70-74 for a time.
