I think it's most useful for noob gains and advanced lifters.
Both times that i stopped lifting for a month (vacation) i wasnt using creatine at all. No change in weight, no change in muscle. Change in strength obv but that was all back in a week. All it did was help give me bubbleguts when i started taking supps again
it's one of those supplements that's so cheap, it's worth it even if the difference is only in your mind
I stopped taking it too and didn't notice a difference.
Makes sense considering creatine's only use is to be able to grind out that last rep

Agree. I stopped after the first 9 months. Felt it helped in the beginning for stamina but some of that may be a placebo/psychological effect.
I believe if someone isnt eating a lot of meat it's probably worth it to supplement.
