I stalled and deloaded several times on all my lifts on SS, no more linear progression for me.
Bench - 195
OHP - 135
Squat - 235
Deadlift - 295
Now I want to try some bodybuilding routine, as you can see I look like shit. What do you recommend?

cool strength progress i guess but you just look like a fat dyel
Why did you think it was okay to put on 10 pounds a month?
Damn dude. What have you done to yourself? There is absolutely no reason to get that fat. Now you're gonna be cutting forever, probably lose a bunch of strength in the process and end up looking like your before pic again.
Another victim of SS in the books.
>50lbs gained in 5 months
PPL. Jeff Nippard’s PPL and the Reddit PPL are both solid. Start cutting and you’ll probably gain muscle since you still have some newbie gains left.
Do The Bridge and lose 30 lbs.
>he actually did gomad
LMAO
Jesus Christ how much were you eating? You know about 3/4 or more of that weight is fat right
You trained for 5 months and are still at a novice level. I'd try some another progression routine, maybe bill starr
Sure you could switch to PPL also, but you'll still look like shit in another 5 months.
The guys at Starting Strength forums told me to eat 5 or 6 times plus half a gallon of milk everyday.
Jesus man, that sort of diet is for skeletons or if you want to become strong-fat. If you just want to build muscle eat at a 500kcal surplus and lift heavy daily.
What they forgot to mention is that none of them know a fucking thing about lifting other than what their broken bodied fat shit coach tells them. These retards literally "bulk" on a low volume peaking program...
Yes I learned my lesson, I'll start to cut all this fat and get fit instead.
How about doing Muay Thai/Kickboxing 3 times a week and also Jason Blaha Ice Cream Fitness the other 3 days?

Jesus fucking Christ mate..
>300 lb dl is novice
Sorry thats a meme.
Im guessing that website assumes most of your non-skeletal mass is from lean muscle and little fat. Your average 208 lb dude is mostly fat who cant diddly even 2 pl8

3 meals a day and protein scoop between meals
>I don't know shit about lifting, the post
what do you suggest then? Stronglifts?
Depends on what the person's goal and current conditioning is. I swear everyone on here just makes up their own horrible slightly varied versions of SS/SL when they don't know what they want or how to get there.
Huehuehue just do all the compounds for 5-6 reps and then do a few sets of fucking whatever for some random accessories. The only thing you retards ever change is slight lift variations and it's why you all look like shit.
Let's say OP hires you as his PT. Which routine would you have him do?
Goals?
I just don't see how your bench isn't 225 yet but whatever
I recommend that you find a lifting buddy who knows their shit and do as they do.
>Goals?
surely getting from 208lbs to 245.
don't do those fucking retarded 3 day full body meme splits anymore, and go with a PPL or a bro-split
>lose fat
Right, and if that's all you give a shit about just do 3-4 submaximal sets of pushups, chins, lunges, band pull aparts, and curls, throughout the day, and do 10 minutes of some kind of conditioning work every day and skip breakfast.
If you wanted to increase your lifts while cutting, it's way different.
If you wanted to gain muscle while cutting, it's way different.
If you wanted overall growth but also want to work on some lagging areas, it's way different.
That's why I was asking for specifics, but fuck it.
The standards on that site are probably being distorted by all the e-statters inflating their numbers.
lmao
Just pick a program and run it, bro.
Tuna's 3 day split looks fun.
This is such obvious fucking bait but fit is gonna eat it up like always
>If you wanted to increase your lifts while cutting, it's way different.
This please. I'm literally OP but still have some noob gains left to milk. I want to cut badly but I'm a sub 1p8 benchlet and the big guys at the gym will make fun of me. I don't want to bench in secret anymore.
No one cares how much you lift except the people whose only hobby is lifting, and they're fucking losers lol
How about you add some cardio friend? 30 minutes of lifting days, an hour on rest days.
