There aren't a ton of hobbies that you can do competitively once you're out of college

youd probably not get anywhere in strongman with your size either unless you do weightclass strongman, but nobody really cares about that

I train weightlifting and I always would bitch about your low bar squats in this board whenever there was a chance. I finally had a change of heart and arrived at the conclusion that my squat is in fact shit even though it's high bar paused ATG. I envy your squat numbers even if they are done low bar. I'm going to focus on leg strength like my life deserves on it after this cut.

I disagree with the addition of front squats since they're not any more quad intensive than back squats and your back will already be fried. I'd suggest something like a belt squat, leg press, hack squat machine, leg press, etc. Might also need more bench variants but if you're progressing just fine with what you laid out then you won't need to change that

Yes, the only thing that changes is back strain. The higher the bar is placed, the longer the lever arm becomes and the more your back has to work. Your back is gonna be your limiting factor for front squats, not your quads.
