Is there a bigger cope than this? The real redpill is that your starting weights have a direct correlation to your final potential (even roided). If you started benching less than a plate for example, you'd be lucky to ever hit 3, and even if you did it would take you years longer than someone who had adequate lifting genetics. Everybody should lift to better themselves, bit be real and honest with yourselves about your potential, and stop coping in every thread when you reveal your abysmal genetics.
Depends of activity levels and lifestyle. The guy that barely leaves his house, eats tons of sugary snacks and has a fucked up sleep schedule is probably further from his genetic potential than your average wagecuck.

It is true. I am gde by all standards, took me almost two years to finish 1/2/3/4 and right now i am not much stronger. I refuse to believe I will ever break 2/3/4/5, but i will die trying, cause I dont have anything better to do.

That's the biggest cope if I ever heard one, how about you do everyone a favor and off yourself since you had already given up.
Redpills are fake, bluepills are fake, blackpills are fake, all pills are fake. Fuck off with this Jow Forums shit.

No one that whines about their genetics has ever put in enough work to know if their genetics are good or not, it’s just another lame excuse to avoid trying.
