How many years did it take between you starting ‘lifting’ and ACTUALLY lifting (I.e not being a retard in the gym and diet wise)
How many years did it take between you starting ‘lifting’ and ACTUALLY lifting (I...
1 year
Post body
1 year, but still got rapid gains.
by fits standards I'm still not actually lifting after 5 years because I don't want a body like you guys seem to want
I just started counting my calories and protons and I've been doing different kinds of sports since forever. How fucked am i?
Depends, post body
2 years, and I dont count these years as truly lifting cuz i wasnt eating/training/interested enough
9 years, not even joking
Literally like the first three years of my lifting life cos I started at around 14 lol
It was like a year and a half.
I didn't see myself as a "gym bro" and wanted to do calisthenics and other dumb shit instead of just lifting weight
Been lifting 2 years entire first year was wasted though.
based & woke
Alright picture from ~2 weeks ago. Also how does one eat a lot of food without getting (or feeling rather) bloated as fuck
Looking good man
Thanks I've heard that before. I still wouldn't mind some diet advice though
2ish. Got serious once I started gear.
9 years but I started when I was 14, hopefully being a dumb teen is understandable. I was fit but just not doing the right thing in terms of strength training, no barbells until I was 23.... woops.
As with everything in my life I squandered the time and opportunity
5 years.
Shit diet, shit self made programs, no dicipline
haven't started yet
Not too hard mayne, just gotta eat 3-500 calories above your TDEE if you wanna bulk.
i havent started being non retarded yet, been lifting for 3 yrs
Took me three months
My diet is kinda shit though because I'm poor
6 months
first 2-3 being """scared""" of barbells, memeing around, doing SS (lmao)
then ~3 months on a normal FBW
after that i started seriously on greyskull and then moved to a brosplit
Well I've been thinking about going up to 180lbs (so ~15lbs away). So considering internet calculators placing me slightly above 2.6kcal I should eat at least 2.9kcal while keeping the protein intake no lower than 0.8g per pound of bodyweight right?
>chest acne
that's unfortunate. Are you on gear?
>that body
>"Are you on gear?"
this tells me that you're an absolute nonlifter
1-2 years.
Wasn't eating enough at all. Meme workouts in my bedroom.
Then I started rowing, benching, squatting and eating a bit more. Then the gains showed up and I got the hang of how my body responded.
He could be just starting, who knows?
>Are you on gear
Do I look like I am kek. I have shit skin genetics that's about it (amount of diary I consume doesn't help either I suppose)
None, I was watching a lot of youtube, etc.. before I satrted lifting so it was like i knew everything day one
Try that for a week and if you gain around a pound then stay
Are you ok
Eating big and cheap is so easy come on man, stop making excuses
I was just seeing if you had just hopped on gear or something. If you had started getting acne on your chest like that that early on, it's a big sign that you're about to absolutely fuck yourself up
>just starting
>already an expert in steroids
>already posting as an expert on Jow Forums
That's what I was thinking. Eat that much is a bit harder than I expected though
Yes for the most part? Why wouldn't I?
as in just starting gear you mongoloid
have sex and stop seething
Nah eating lots is easy man, peanut butter is your friend
Not cheap enough for my liking unfortunately. Sticking to eggs/oats and other cheap stuff for now
Don’t forget milk
why you're so mad? you are the one who saw a dyel with feminine hips and started imlpying steroids
start lifting and drop some weight fatty, maybe you won't be so venomous
Lol its easy to lift and progressive overload. What do you mean having that CUT bodybuilder look? Staying around that weight A LOT of time consumption and unless you competing whats the point?
Are you alright
Milk, buttermilk, cheese, quark. If it's affordable and high in protons I'll eat it mate
Around 3 years.
first touched a barbell 7 years ago. I'm still learning to be less of a retard. Lost 70 kilos of weight.
3 months. I started out on stronglifts and the retarded "squats n oats bro bulk to get strong" meme
But I quickly discovered Jow Forums and learned the three eternal and shining truths:
1. we all lift to get girls
2. girls prefer ottermode, so just do high rep calisthenics/dumbbell exercises and reject any notion of (((bulking))) which is a ploy to sell ma$$ gainer$ and protein powder$. When you cut all the muscle you gained during the bulk is lost, but your skin is stretched out so you look worse than when you started bulking
3. those who deny truth #1 are either actually gay (read Arnold Schwazeneggers "Education of a bodybuilder" and you will learn about bodybuilding being a gay subculture from the very start) or guys with social retardation and/or ugly faces who can't get laid when ottermode, so they cope by thinking that if they get ultra jacked and
I was going to deny the 1st point but then I read the 3rd one. I'm still going to deny it but you got me good.
Gainers are pretty much trash but what do you have against whey? It's just an easy way to meet your daily quota
Good lad
