How is it a sign of respect?

Earlier today there was a pajeet or Muslim I don't know or care. Guy was dyel as fuck and had the eyes of an asylum seeker. Definitely not native born. He was leering at women and every time you looked at him he was jealously looking at other guys. If you looked at him when he was doing this he would make eye contact. I don't think it's an alpha thing in this case I think he was too retarded to realize if he holds the eye contact he might come off as a threat to any of the guys bigger than him.

It's not, unless you know the person or are going to talk to them just looking people in the eyes is either psychotic or autistic depending on why you're doing it.
