Isolate here. Use it about once or twice per week because I can usually get all my protein needs from actual food

Atta boy. You'll make it alright. Who else here will make it with this fine frogger?

I read this as “tell me why you don’t drink whey and whiskey?” And now I’m kinda tempted to try it

I mix a scoop of whey with a bowl of oats and bran every morning. Will I make it?

Oats and bran...good! Whey...which kind? Regular/concentrate or isolate? Does it have soi? Your response will determine what kind of cute frog you get next, this could go two ways.

No! Alcohol is not good for you. Messes with your weight and dick. Stay off the stuff.

Concentrate. I've almost downed the bag though, should I switch to isolate the next time around?

Oh dear...if you'd kindly give isolate a try, then please do so! Not just for me, but for your sake. I am currently using this one

In unflavored so its just isolate and sunflower lecithin. With a cup of milk and some frozen berries it tastes remarkable. The regular concentrate used to make me bloated and diarrhea episodes. "No more!" I thought one day. Just something to consider my good man.

For reference, this could've been you, but your path lead you to the casket. I'm so sorry.

Is the slightly higher protein content per serving worth double the price? What other benefits does it entail? I'm a poorfuck so the price is an important factor. Also Megumin, good taste pardner.

Fellow poor fren. I depend on my grandparents and their kindness to get me this stuff. They support it though since its a healthy hobby so I am lucky there. Here's one I used last time and it was also good, more options never hurts

For me, the extra premium is worth it for less digestion problems and bloating, gas, poopies. There's two guys I frequently run into at the gym and they both had similar problems and tried isolate after I suggested it. We're all trucking along better now and even get to enjoy a nice McDonald's feast afterwords now and then. If you don't have digestion problems currently, then maybe you DON'T need it, but I *do* feel better overall after changing. It's more finely processed and has less fat and carbs, which will be present still because of milk and fruit of course. Put a smile on fren, you've earned it, you handsome beast you.

Thanks fren. I'll give the isolate a try once my current supply dries out. Considering I use only a scoop per day a 1kg pack should still last me for a month. I honestly hope I won't see much difference though because the perspective of paying double the price is quite a harrowing one.

And thank you. For what? For being you! I think it's worth trying at least once, that goes for everyone on this board. Forgot to mention the obvious, it tends to have a little more protein than regular concentrate. Happy lifting and keep being you. We're all gonna make it, after all.

Isn`t it the same in principle? I tried 5 years ago but I just prep 1kg chicken or lean beef for week just tastes better than shakes and is fine after 2 in microwave.

I should've probably left this thread by now but I want to thank you for being a positive user and bringing a smile to my face. Keep doing what you're doing fren

2*minutes

I try. Obviously it's not this exaggerated in person but I have been trying to be more positive this year after spending years wanting to kill myself. All that depressing music about drugs, losing girls, wanting to die, heavy porn use, lack of sun, bad sleep times, it's a bad feeling to be stuck in that cycle. Jow Forums is full of these lost souls and I hope a few kind words can push some people up, somehow, someway.

It has a different process of being made. More protein, less fat and carbs that you can get from other foods. Of course, if you have the money to constantly have chicken or beef on hand, then shakes aren't needed to much.

Youre spending more on protein if you get it all from food lol. Why do people brag about this?

Glad to hear you're doing better now user. I fully subscribe to your philosophy that I myself try to practice on regular basis. As a matter of fact I'd go as far as to say that being a positive helpful person is the most based position one can hold in today's climate

Chicken or turkey is okay. Lean beef is a luxury item I get it but I also stil have 3 types of whey in the kitchen cupboard and the amount E number additives weirds me out more than the ris of saturated fats. Though I also try to keep the fats from meat as low as possible and get the rest of the natural intake of fat from fish and nuts.

Thank you for understanding. I live with vile people; my mom, dad, sister, and brother are (and if there's a word I hate, its this one, hold me fren) toxic. Always mad about something, need to cuss or be vulgar, parents argue once or twice a week, only care about Fornite (zoomers everyone). Once I can move away from it I feel like I will really be able to take off. So yes! Things are very politically charged now and someone is always mad at something, but we just have to try our best to not fall in with the masses. I'm actually going to meet a friend at the gym in 30 minutes so I'm gonna get ready and go. Please take care.

The additives is why you have to go unflavored. If you don't want soi, ascefulame, sucralose, all those other chemical names, you have to try hard to find a plain one. MyProtein has some easy to find plain ones, a few are on Amazon as well. I linked two I used and currently use earlier in the thread. You're smart about fat sources. Beef tastes the best, but chicken and turkey are lower fat which you can get from those. Olive oils good too! Big in Italy and Greece and they are very healthy. Ancient Greeks used to rub olive oil on themselves for foreplay and sex as it was thought to boost desire and and eroticism. You take care too buddy.
