Alright lads, I need some advice. There’s this girl I knew from HS. We had a lot of common interests, vidya, sports, generally the same taste in music, you get it. I took her to prom but things never evolved knowing uni was around the corner. We talked here and there but generally I was focused on doing my own thing at uni (I was a college football player, worked for my school’s newspaper, and was a frat guy). Well now I graduated and all of my bros are off in different states/cities so now I’m lonely as fuck, so I decided to reconnect with HS girl. She changed quite a bit, from abandoning her dream of being an actor, becoming goth, and trying to attention whore on insta. I wanted to reconnect with her, especially when I learned she was moving but she has been completely distant. She would always tell me she’s busy and just go off with her goth girlfriends and do weird shit like vampire photo shoots. She even told me we could do a coffee date. I quite frankly don’t give a shit anymore so I’m very tempted to tell her I really wanted to hang out with her after all these years but I need proper communication from her, and if not, I’m donezo. I feel shitty too because just yesterday a girl from uni miles away messages me that I’m the only guy she would get drinks with. Haha this sucks man.
