dinner = 1 cup of brown rice, 1 pepper , chicken breast, a low sodium seasoning about 5 grams , 350 grams of broccoli

Steak, eggs, liver and sardines. Anything is just a waste.

Chicken/turkey salad. Just buy whatever veggies you like, some pesto, some feta, of course a lot of chicken, and you have yourself a delicious dinner you can make in bulk.
