33 with 95kg bw
16 + 20kg extra

4 chinups at 195lb

82 kg

3 sets of 10, deadhang pullups with straight legs.

I emphasize the last part, what you have in your picture is cheating, since you are using the muscle of one leg to hold at least a couple of kgs of the other.

18 bw at 130
Never done weighted

13 at 51 kg bw

Do you understand how mass and gravity works?

10 at 175lbs, never tried weighted

obviously I do, which is why I provided a nice explanation as to why that picture is not correct form.

are you a girl or just very smol?

Will that affect the back and shoulders too?

Never seen a girl do more than 8 pullups, even the fittest ones.

do you understand how b8 works?

kg do not count, eurotrash

20 @ 180 lbs. I was so excited when I made that. Time to go for 25 now that I'm 190 and still bulking.

Cant do a single fucking pullup god help me. 3x10 chinups @ 90kg bw. Need to invest some time sorting plups.

What if I am a girl?

yea i was really happy earlier today when i was able to do a 180 lbs chinup

im op btw

I was able to get it up to 8 a few weeks ago, but I neglected them a bit for the past few weeks and it went back down to 6.

>@150 pounds

Kg master race chads assemble, give me the power of (you)s!

Attached: images (4).jpg (451x680, 41K)

that would explain the 51kg, is all.

>you are using the muscle of one leg to hold at least a couple of kgs of the other

Attached: pastaLaVista.jpg (1024x782, 55K)

you can start by doing the dicentric motion of it and work from there

thats good, i started out only being able to do about 3 or 4 in march

and my bar is just a lat pulldown bar chained to a ceiling joist

then gtfo my board bitch

Take your stones and feet and go elsewhere, ameridumb.

I started doing them around then too. I live in a dorm with nowhere to hang a pullup bar so I can only do them at the gym.

>20 @ 170bw
>5 @ +90lbs
Pullups are the GOAT exercises

Yikes, so aggressive

15 at 52kg

All my lifts go up except pullups, I suppose if I'm gaining weight but the reps are staying similar I am actually improving.

show tits

Excuses

Americans don't use stone

Better than dinotendies kit at least

40 @ 185 bw

20 strict reps.

3 reps with 100 lbs added.

Usually about 195 lbs body weight.

Keked and saved

I use mine to hang my punching bag.

Really got a kick outta the gasoline tanks

Whats the back story of the pic?
>is he Russian?

I had previously tried doing them by gripping the top of the cabinet above my closet. Actually gave me huge forearms and grip strength gains, but I don't think it worked out my lats that much.

dude we are pretty close
>11@140 bw
>5 w/ 30lbs

3x10 -45kg

1,90m, 91 kg

Kill me

4x4 with 17,5 kg's added
Maybe 15 with bodyweight

22 at 200 lb

what are your other lifting numbers ? also natty ?

Fucking dinotendies is a legend. Got b& off /ck/ for stuff like pic related. Started posting here, if you ever see a dinotendies thread, get in it. Hes a yank afaik know cos he has pet possums, he just likes dumpster diving. The burned toilet in the last pic is cos he emptied the water and grilled fish on it.

5'10 230 lbs
Can do 13-14 of them when I'm fresh

You saying 3x10 with 1pl8? Thats srsly good mate

16, 145lbs

8 @ 215

18 @ 260
been doing pull ups for 5 years

These threads are the only occasion where I dislike being tall

Attached: mdt-cPC4_400x400.jpg (400x400, 27K)

I don`t lift I just do weighted calisthenics and yes

daily reminder that anything above 15 is wasted and the second you can do 10 unassisted you should move on to weighted

Absolutely based.

one one arm pull up with 10kg bike per side
4 one arm pull ups per side+0kg
3 pull ups with 67kg at belt
that was over the last 2 months, now im bloatmaxxing since a week. need a harder reset to progress further in the future

what are your lifting numbers ? and how long did it take ?

whats your bw ?

freakish you must bench like 400-500

lifts were at 66-68 kg now im getting close to 72kg

2 pullups at 232lb bw

30 @ 84kg be
10 @ +20kg

I am obsessed with pull ups, do them everyday

12 at 180+35lbs
something i recently discovered is that if you push your head forward at the bottom of the rep (like how you push your head forward half-way through an OHP), you can better recruit your rear delts and traps rather than relying solely on your biceps and lats, this discovery boosted me from an 8 rep max to a 12 rep max at the same weight immediately
strongly recommend it

idk im nothing crazy, 265 lb bench, 325 lb squat, 450 deadlift. I gained 30 lbs and i didn't lose much in the way of dips and pullups. and yes I'm natty

This is one of the most retarded things I've ever read but it doesn't surprise me since its coming from someone who uses kg instead of lb

190lb BW + 50lbs for 3 sets of 5 right now
My other lifts are bad in comparison: 120, 200, 255, 335

Attached: waterboarding.png (1900x1184, 970K)

Nah bro I'm 230 and can do a lot of chin ups since I've been doing them since I was 14 but my bench is pretty shit.

>12 pull-ups
>8 pull-ups with 10 lbs.
>8 chin-ups raw.
>6 chin-ups with 10 lbs.

I don’t like chins, I can’t do them properly without internally rotating and fucking my shoulder.

been stuck at 10reps @112kg body weight for a month now. anyone reccomend me a progression system / program?

8-10 weighing 65-70kg, depending on when my grip fails.

you probably got long arms dude keep at it though you'll get there.

8 @ 275 bw
1 w/ 50 lbs added
neutral grip if that matters
always do them at the end of workout so I'm usually gassed, not sure how many I'd get fresh

then you must be pretty good at curls or bent over rows

I’m 210 lbs, so ~100 kg. Ive recently been on Major Armstrong’s Advanced Pull-up Program and managed to go from 8 to 12 using his method in a month.

Go neutral grip mate, lot easier on the wrists and shoulders.

add weight, work your way back to 10, repeat. Every couple of weeks see how many you can at bw.

16 @ 90kg bw
8 w 25lbs pl8

grow up

Are you implying grown men aren’t interested in tits?

10 @ 190lbs bw

Fuck off and die

I haven't done unweighted pullups in forever so no clue

8 at + 35lbs (bw is 167lbs)

peak was 175lbs and 7 one arm chin ups per arm, rest pause not consecutive.

Currently 160lbs and do 6 rest pause reps.

I can do 1

show tits

>you are using the muscle of one leg to hold at least a couple of kgs of the other.
Lmao

>Weighted: 0
>Assisted: 0

Will rigging a resistance band help me do a pull up? Im high-key paranoid about pullups

based

27 pull ups no weights

13 with 45 lb plate

>Doesn't know DT
Wtf, user? Even his YouTube channel is gold.

This guy has never lifted more than 20kg.

Every time he loads the bar the bar holds the extra weights and he only holds the bar.

show ayy lmao tits

5'10 200lbs even, I can do 12 while doing an L sit, can do 15 chinups while doing it tho

No idea how many unweighted but I know I can do at least 15

5 reps +65 lbs

5'8 150 lbs

Not got a bar so I use my loft hatch, not very wide either and it gives me callouses.
At once I can do like 6@160lbs skinnyfat
If I do sets of 5, I can usually bust about 30 out with a few failed sets.

Bodyweight: 235 lbs
Reps: 5
Added Weight: +10 lbs

Reminder every person here does shitty half rep pullups. Cut their numbers in half atleast for true rep numbers

true. in real life I've seen two or three people dish out serious 10 repetitions of wide grip, dead hang before every rep and chin over the bar pull ups.

Thats a good b8, ngl

Do you have no forearms?

20 @ 160ish BW 5'9

Finally managed to do 2 today at 73kg bodyweight. Yes, I know I'm weak.

Not me. Hit 15 today. Dead hang, wide grip, all the way down, all the way up.
