abs are more defined on left & taper looks better. chest looks a bit less full in my eyes (in the left pic), but id still say left looks significantly better

im going to try and slowly gain muscle by eating at maintenance for a long time

i dont think i can mentally handle getting fat again

235 i think and i got down to 167 5 years ago but then gained it all back from using bulking as an excuse to eat

im trying to work on mental gains this time around so i can control my eating and not balloon in weight

its going okay, i'm trying to be mindful of the trappings of the hedonic treadmill and chasing happiness so i have tried to set goals in place

eg i plan to stop at 155, or at more defined lower abs

its not visible in the picture but i have some loose skin at the bottom of my belly and its still a few cm thick, so i wanted to get rid of that

but i refuse to do any more cardio than i am or eat less than 1800 calories so my weight loss has slowed down but thats okay

im mostly scared of gaining a lot of weight once i slow down on cardio because i tend to binge a lot, tho i am trying to be mindful and more aware

one thing i cant do is starve myself. but instead i probably overdo it on cardio. i do 40min 105steps/min a day on the stairmaster with no days off so that burns about 600 cal.

i usually eat around 2400 cals a day from big big dinners, which im trying to work on

That's fucking amazing progress user, don't give a fuck about the other posters. It looks like you lost absolutely no lean body mass, is completely wrong, if anything you gained muscle. You've got something to lose now; don't fall for any dirty bulking memes, you should be able to carry that bodyfat% to higher weights, don't stray too far from it.

I'm trying to figure out this as well, he just looks off at that bodyfat and I'm not sure why

i used to have gyno, but i dont think i have much loose skin except for the bottom ab of the belly, and ass cheeks, which i hope rebounds.

the low muscle bothers me but from years and years of yoyo dieting i just dont have any left, and i felt i'd be happier low bf and weak than higher bf and strong

i really want to get bigger though especially the arms and chest but i'd have to be really careful with diet so i dont just end up trying to emergency cut every couple months

sometimes i will eat 9000 calories in a couple hours. couple boxes of cereal, tons of triple patty burgers, etc.

Biggest tip I can give is learn to cook, lots of empty cals in packaged foods meanwhile you can cook some pretty tasty filling food like French toast

i think so, also i have wide hips. i am probably lacking about 20lbs of muscle. eg my max bench is 1pl8x5. i want to focus on building up lats and obliques to make hips look better, and chest to give contour to my torso
