I went vegan for a year.
Towards the end I was completely exhausted all the time. Eating huge vegan meals every day. Lost willpower to keep my chinups up. However it had happened so slowly that I hadn't noticed the change and put it down to other things. I still posted on Jow Forums espousing benefits of veganism.
One day I said fuck it and had a cooked meat breakfast, a burger for lunch and fish and chips for dinner. It was like night and day. I felt 200% stronger and more energetic. My brain felt faster. I was literally beating my chest it was like I'd been recharged.
My gf followed me into eating meat and she became much less stressy and happier.
I know it's just anecdotal but I will never hear vegan bullshit again, I felt like I'd woken up from a long confusion and weakness. I don't think it's even about the nutrients, I think it's about the sheer energy density of meat and milk.
Veganism is like 95% energetically sustainable which is why vegans don't notice their degeneration, their brains gradually lose the energy to think clearly about it. The first month is basically a mild fast which is why they feel good and think it's a redpill. Then 2 years later they're dull weaklings who can't think themselves out of it and think it's normal. Add the emotional attachment and you get the vegan tier arguments we see today.
