1/2/3/4 = a strength standard of 60kg overhead press, 100kg bench, 140kg squat, 180kg deadlift or the equivalents in lbs
PPL = Push Pull Legs, a common body building style routine
GOMAD = gallon of milk a day, "diet" advice for skinny kids that can't gain weight and are too lazy/stupid to count calories
SS = Starting Strength, a beginner strength routine
