Age 19. Definitely when I was leanest right before I started playing rugby and drinking heavily. 175 at 5’10”.

Age 21. Right after a really rough break up before graduating college. I was eating a whole frozen pizza every day and suffering from temporary hair loss due to stress and an infected scalp. My life was in the shitter at this point. 5’10” 210.

Age 22. Down 25 pounds, got into graduate school with a full scholarship, quit nicotine, and significantly cut down on alcohol consumption. 5’10” 185. Continuing to cut.

I mean I started eating better during high school because people called me fat everyday, so thanks for the continued motivation, brother.

why are you so fat, your genetic potential means your max should be like 185 lean, but you didn't get even close after several years, are you lifting heavily and consistently?

Man I just gave in and went like 100 calories over my limit. I'm kinda tired. I make cash gains, but got no one to hang out with. I make Jow Forums gains but got no girl to fuck. The world smiles at me but people disregard me. I'll come back to normality in a day or two but right now I'm just pissed. What the fuck is this all for. I have so much to share but no one to share with.

No my nutrition sucks and my training suffered from playing rugby for years. I’m on the right track now though, which is good. Diet is in check. Training could be better though.

All jokes aside, you’ve made huge progress from the first pic. Keep grinding bro. Lifting is rarely non-stop gains, but rather waves. I’ll work out 5-6 days a week, and diet reasonably, and have no results for 6-7 days, then all at once i start seeing weight moving.

Definitely didn’t have enough protein. I was training enough, but the intensity probably wasn’t great enough, but I think I solved the problem. It’s also kind of tough to train when you have a blown out shoulder from practice or a fucked yo leg. I’ve found that rugby in itself isn’t a good workout. I also think that stress plays a big part in my fitness. I was a stem major and minor who did a lot of research on the side. Since graduating and ending a pretty toxic relationship, my stress has decreased and as a result my fitness is way better. Could be a time thing or a hormonal thing (I mentioned my hair was falling out from stress).

What sleep? Lol yea bud I barely slept with my schedule. Was so fucked up on sips/amphetamines everyday, that that could have affected my lifts.

yeah that's my point, you had enough calories, surplus even, but lackof protein and lack of sleep meant no gains, but you had enough to maintain it looks like. Make sure you're getting the proper amount of protein in the future. The formula is 1.5 or so per one kg, the accurate formula can be found easily.

some forearm work

legs:

any forgotten parts here (sometimes forearms, traps, etc.)

abs every day. alternate between difficult and moderate

I wake up, sit on the floor, close my eyes and breathe as I imagine myself as a homeless old man with no family lying on the street with a mouth full of rotten teeth and a body atrophying from hunger. 10 mins

2x/ week:
10 minutes testicles sun exposure

I cycle through this routine:

No interest in powerlifting or bodybuilding. It's just a 4-5 hour obligation throughout the week for me so I don't look like a cancer patient. Two years I was lifting 10+ hours a week and I got burned out. I don't emphasize core at all. Read in between sets.

I know mine is fucking horrible but i lost 100lbs this year because of swallowing problems where it feels like im gonna choke or suffocate and die, which in turn has made eating something i dread and hate,
luckily ive been slowly getting better about pushing myself mentally to try and eat and swallow as well as eating in public so i dont starve to death or become sickly
