It's for athletic young guys with a lot of time on their hands. If you're a high responder you might get something out of it, but if you're high a responder why not do a better program and get equal or more likely, better results without killing yourself?

Well you're free to do as you please. Personally I don't see the point in doing something like TM considering all the drawbacks, but if you're enjoying it and getting good results then more power to you.
