I have 1.99$ left in my bank and 0 food at home and pay is in 3 days. Not sure I just try budge off people at work and try to steal as much as I can
For breakfast, four mcdonalds hash browns, 3 egg mcmuffins, 1 mcgriddle, 2 iced coffees
Lunch: two gordita tacos from taco bell, 3 servings of nacho fries, one nacho box, 2 Mexican pizzas.
Dinner: Probably two double sonic burgers, the 2 for 1 sonic shakes deal, chocolate oreo and strawberry cheesecake, 2 servings of tater tots, 1 serving of mozzarella sticks, and maybe 4 chicken tenders with spicy ranch
Breakfast: Bacon, eggs fried in coconut oil, and coffee with coconut milk
Lunch: tuna mixed in kale, bellpepper, 1 habanero pepper, and pickles
Dinner: Either beef steak or ground beef with eggs and bacon.
All covered in pink Himalayan salt and pepper (besides the coffee)

If you can afford it use olive because it has a certain property (I forget lol) that makes it healthier. I tried both it's the same once you salt n spice. I use coconut just because of keto

I bought white bread, had some loaf with ketchup, ham, and cheese with some grill spices on top, and had it in the oven for a few minutes.
