Coffee made me ugly

I started drinking 2 years ago and I got several birthmarks or what are these small brown things called on my face etc. I also look more tired.

I think its due to coffee.

>these small brown things called on my face
Is this for real? I also got a lot more of those the last 5 years. Started drinking coffee every day about 7 years ago. It's all over my body, not only the face

yes

You're just getting old. Wear sunscreen btw

Not OP

But it's never sunny here.

>birthmarks
>not at birth
American education at work.

Should have gotten married 2 years ago

Drink whole milk lattes

then what is it called? those small brown marks.

nipples

i dont think its the sun i barely go out its correlated with coffee

Moles? I don't know, it's not like you provided an example.

here we go again, get a life u schizo

Niggerpox

>sunscreen
sunscreens contain carcinogens and block vitamin D synthesis

I'm not a schizo

>carcinogens
No lol, by contrast the sun will actually give you cancer.
>block vitamin D synthesis
You don't need to be synthesizing vitamin D every day of the week.

>You don't need to be synthesizing vitamin D every day of the week.
How would you know? Our fore fathers was out in the sun all day every day. Yet that was not enough so we developed white skin to increase the amount of sun we're exposed to. How would you explain that?

>the sun will actually give you cancer
Christ. When did Jow Forums become so retarded? Our ancestors spent their entire loves working out in the Sun.

COFFEE TURNED ME INTO A MUTANT

Post a fucking picture idiot.

>What is ozon layer

>what is ionising radiation
fuck me lad you are dumb or way too deep down the rabbit hole if you dont understand that sunburn causes skin cancers

Aminobenzoic acid – carcinogen implicated in cardiovascular disease.
Avobenzone – carcinogen
Cinoxate – evidence of skin toxicity
Dioxybenzone – strong evidence of skin toxicity and carcinogen; hormone disruptor and has been found in waterways, soil and air. Has been shown to have a “gender bender” effect in animals
Diazolidinyl urea – carcinogen, endocrine, central nervous system and brain effects, skin toxicity and compromises the immune system
Ecamsule – carcinogenic
Homosalate – endocrine disruption
Methylparaben – interferes with genes
Octocrylene – found to be persistent and bioaccumulative in wildlife, liver issues and carcinogenic
Octyl methoxycinnamate – accumulates in the body, disrupts liver and is a carcinogen
Octyl salicylate – broad systemic effects in animals at moderate doses
Oxybenzone – carcinogen and contributor to vascular disease, may affect the brain and nervous system in animals
Padimate O – carcinogen
Phenylbenzimidazole – carcinogen
Phenoxyethanol – irritant, carcinogen, endocrine disruption
Sulisobenzone – strong evidence of skin toxicity, affects sense organs in animals
Titanium dioxide – carcinogen when in nanomaterial form
Zinc Oxide – bioaccumulative in wildlife, evidence of reproductive toxicity

Also how do you explain the enormous increase in skin cancer when people spend a massive amount of time indoors?

It is over.

our ancestors died at 30, some of them probably from cancer caused by sun radiation

>posts impressive list of compounds and corollary relations
>doesn't post a single source

C'mon user, please give your post a molecule of credibility

Not op, but this guy Here's a pic of my cf (current face) to show all the brown spots. It is really irritating as my skin used to be really good. Is it actually from the coffee? Anyone else have the same experience?

Attached: 21412412.jpg (2536x3056, 1.15M)

Here's the same pic with a red cirkle around one of the brown spots. It is alot of them in the pic, but this is the biggest one I think. Is it possible to remove them?

Those are sun spots. Happens naturally as you get older. Use sunscreen

>Those are sun spots
Thanks I didn't know. I don't use sunscreen as I find it highly unnatural and we probably don't know the long term health risk. I will consider it though. Any other ways to not get them other than staying out of the sun?

There's studies to back caffeine fucking up your skin ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4206198/

Everyone's so addicted to it, the standard response is denial though
>t. literally sipping coffee while writing this

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30885518

Just get a good face lotion with some SPF and apply it in mornings after showers.

>There's studies to back caffeine fucking up your skin ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4206198
Thanks. I did a bit of googling and people say coffee restrict the blood flow to the skin and this can cause sun spots or age spots. Anyone tried to remove them?

Cancer is a modern disease. It did not exist up to about 50 to 60 years ago as a consequence of modern life.

>2019
>not drinking covfefe

There's absolutely no way cancer did not exist back then. That is just when we defined it and said that this specific condition from here on out will be referred to as cancer

Tererê is far superior.

I drink coffee, and yerba mate at the same time

Makes me feel like I have wings

But it's just a cold brew mate though

t.retard

canaryfoundation.org/2012/08/13/how-long-have-we-been-plagued-by-cancer/

"The first documented case of cancer comes from ancient Egypt. According to the American Cancer Society, there are eight documented cases of breast cancer found on papyrus dating all the way back to 3000 B.C. Even the term cancer has been around for centuries— Hippocrates, the Greek physician who is widely considered the Father of Medicine, used the words carcinos and carcinoma to describe tumors."

That's the stupidest claim I will read all week and it's just tuesday.

What's a good natural, organic mineral based sunscreen for face that doesn't block pores?

>our ancestors died at 30
you're actually retarded if you actually think this
>some of them probably from cancer caused by sun radiation
and you can't say something like this without having any kind of evidence at all

yes coffee stains your skin. Women have known this for ages. Avoid

Suicide, try it

>I don't use sunscreen as I find it highly unnatural and we probably don't know the long term health risk
It is the single best product you can possibly apply to your face on a daily basis
Will keep your face healthy and young for a long time

>EVERYONE PLEASE LOOK HOW COOL MY DRINK IS!
>I DRINK IT OUT OF A TINY CAULDRON WITH A METAL STRAW
>PAY ATTENTION TO ME

yerba mates alright not that great, pretty irritating when piece of shit come through the bombilla though.

Coffee is a diuretic so it might make your skin more dry if you don't hydrate enough

coffee and cigarettes are for subhumans
And don't even bother denying it
overusing alcohol is also for subhumans
