It's one of the downsides of living a fitness lifestyle. Your imperfections and flaws will always be on your mind, but you will simultaneously look better than 90% of the population. It's this weird dichotomy, but you just have to keep things in perspective.

Also, you have the right idea. You need to use old pics of when you were skinny and compare them to how you are now. Even if you're not in the shape you want to be in, you're so much closer than you used to be. We're all gonna make it, brah.

I find it helps to keep me motivated.

Chasing a perfect physique can be a good motivator as long as you realize that even with elite-genetics, you will still have areas of your body that just refuse to grow, or they're not aesthetic/strong enough.
