30 mins/ 3x a week = v shape ?

Hey so I want to get Jow Forums, I'm a 19 y/o male who's 5'8, 135 lbs. I tried the conventional gym plans and Im super motivated for the first 30 mins and then the other 15-30 mins of the workout are shit. So I was wondering if there is a plan that requires maybe 30 mins workout (3-4 times a week) and will help me get more of a vshape. Being kinda skinny I already kinda have it should I maybe just dedicate time into compound lifts and then do some more focused lifts on lets say these areas (lats,shoulders,abs,triceps?)

Do some heavy compounds for 30min, then do some accessories after. Try chugging a whole gatorade before your workout, it'll help your endurance promise :)

I mean thanks for the tip but thats like 660 hrs a year spent at the gym, thats 1/3 of my yearly freetime spent just at the gym

Why are you in the gym for so long doing PPL? I'm knocking out most of my PPL workouts in an hour. Maybe an hour and change when I do abs.

Eat more, do full body three times a week and make sure to focus on shoulders, chest and lats a bit more if you want a v shape. As for the 30 min thing, you need to cultivate discipline. You’re only going off motivation and that’s not enough. You need to learn how to do things when you don’t feel like it.

Yes you can get bigger and stronger with fairly short workouts 4 times a week. It might not be the most optimal way but it will work
