I load trucks 8 to 4 hours a day six days a week and swim for around 30 minutes every other day. It seems to be working so far but I eat like shit so that doesn't help.

Friday, no lunch lifting, evening is mobility work,
Dinner after practice
Saturday, 2hr big lifting session
Sunday yoga, maybe take mushrooms or lsd lol
Like meditation with imaginary friends. Better to be rooted to truth and reality.
