Anyways, no idea. I had some yoga classes for reasons and learned there. I tried watching youtube videos but without a teacher it's pretty hard to get things down correctly. Still should be doable if you really want to, tho. Once you get the basics down you begin to understand how the whole thing works and learning new positions becomes easier. Kind of like lifting.

Watch some yog with adriene or google beginners yoga routine/class
They'll give you simple but beneficial video instruction
Be mindful of form, back rounding in particular, but dont force anything
If a pose is gonna make you eat shit, stretch painfully, or strain to hold in a significant way, do an variation or some other pose if even the variations are impossible

I just searched "yoga for beginners" at youtube, but that didn't help since it's hard to focus when there are hot bitches on the screen.So I searched "yoga for men beginner" and found this Sean Vigue guy.He has a wide variety of stretching videos so that helps a lot for example if you want to specifically stretch your legs or shoulders or whatever.Oh and the best part is there is zero spirituality stuff shoved in for his videos would recommend.

It's basically a bunch of stretches maintained for one minute. Some are more complex than others. There are also breathing and walking exercises. Ideally you wanna stretch all muscle areas throughly and also develop stability. You're supposed to breath through your nose all the time.
