Metal versions of Street Fighter themes
Balrog - youtube.com
Guile - youtube.com

Zangief (reserved for dead lift) - youtube.com
Ken - youtube.com
There's a metal version of every theme out there, these are just my favorites.
你的中文水平現在怎麽樣?你想一天去中國學習嗎?
i dont really need anything other than a thudding bass line and abrasive noisecore to get me going. better than spending 12 hours flicking thru dozens of search results, hogging up space and wasting time.
one of the best darkish comedy movies of all time. friggin Cloons is a madman here as always.
By the way, if anyone can tell me which musical genre Street Fighter themes are, then I would really appreciate it. Is it just considered Japanese video game music? I get the same vibe from the Pride Fighting Championships theme. I have that on my lifting list too.

I'm pretty bad. I know maybe 300 汉字 extremely well, 600 sort of ok, and roughly know 1000. maybe a2-b1. I don't have any goals about moving to china, but who knows what will happen with my career. I was just thinking one day about how china is going to be a worldwide empire again and chinese and english are probably the two most important languages in the next century. I thought to myself "too bad chinese is impossible to learn." but I wondered how hard it actually was and then ended up starting. now it's been almost a year and I'm making pretty good progress. I used to think it was impossible to learn but now I see it's merely nearly impossible. it's fucking hard though.

I'm a black guy, don't ask.
I don't need to ask. You're just American.
I listen to audio books while working out. Can you really claim to do a full body workout without training your brain?
>he doesn't gorge on food inbetween sets to train the stomach
Nothing below 160 bpm happy hardcore and nightcore 24/7 anything slower and I might as well be at my grandma's wake.
no; distracting and stiffling
>WHERE ARE YOUUUUUUU
>AND I'M SO SORRRRYYYYY
stifling*
I use music to mark my time when doing runs (that way I dont psyche myself out and quit too soon) and basically do the same when going for new PRs. It's just a distraction. Or if the gym is loud, but then I just put on TDS a d go on about my business.
Also, listen to Carpenter Brut when you lift. Nightstalker and Turbo Killer slaps and you're guaranteed new PRs if you listen while lifting
Touhou remixes
O&A classics feat. Patrice mostly.

No man, I prefer to listen to every stupid faggot in the gym talking too loudly about inane shit.

If you need an outer stimuli such as music or something similar to get a good session in, you are literally living a low test lifestyle. I don't even go into the gym with my phone anymore. Focus and execution should be where you're at. If you can develop in these 2 areas, they can translate into other areas of your life.

I listn to music while doing cardio, but for heavy lifts I can’t focus at all when I have music on. It distracts the hell out of me

Faggot.

Unironically Anime OSTs (Cowboy Bebop, Death Note, Attack on Titan)
Vidya OSTs (Metal Gear Rising, DOOM, Cry of Fear)
I haven’t been on Jow Forums for a while. Does anyone know what happened to that user who made some 80s workout soundtrack that sampled some femdomish audio or something? I remember it being associated with the thicc AT&T commercial chick.

Jackie Arklov?
How do you guys listen to music at the gym anyway? I'm afraid my phone will fall out of my pocket when benching for example and those things where you attach the phone to your arm restrict movement too much.
Cringe
Yeah it’s called not being an add ridden faggot
rarely but if I do I usually listen to death grips
Just buy some blue tooth earbuds, Ankher makes a decent pair for like $30. The sound quality isn't as good as a wired pair but it beats losing audio in one ear because some bullshit with the wire popped up.
For better or for worse I can only do a heavy set while listening to Roller Mobster now. The song's lost some of it's magic but that intro with the wind howling and transition to going HARD makes it so much easier to push through bullshit.
I don really mind the wire, just dunno where to conveniently store my phone.
I listen to old Howard Stern segments (usually Eric the Midget or phoney phone calls), old Opie and Anthony bits, Joe Rogan (if he's got an interesting guest), or Riketa Law (if he's talking about something interesting).
It keeps my mind off of how much pain I'm in.
Nothing on the heavy sets to concentrate on form and breathing, pretty much any shit from Metallica and Beatles to Kanye West on the warm-ups and lightweight exercises.
Is that my boy Hemmingway?
Is that jason blaha?
>having an 80s montage while getting fit
That would be a really big superset
ayy
I remember and just checked the archive for you bro, unfortunately the guy posted it on vocaroo links for some dumbass reason and so they have all expired
Puts me on cloud 9
I don’t need metal for additional energy/aggression cause I’m not a low T boomer
