What's your favorite way of cooking eggs? I like the macros of them, but I've never really eaten eggs on their own before. What do you recommend? Or do you eat them raw?

for me, either scrambled with sharp chedder or fried in olive oil sunny side up
I usually make a shake of six raw eggs, raw cream, raw milk and raw honey all from a local farm
boiled
On a stove
omelet. Get a good non-stick skillet and it's impossible to fuck up.
Salt, throw on nonstick, scrambled.
on weekend if I have more time, I will salt, add a little bit of butter over low heat, constantly mixing, not letting it ever turn into a solid for a while, plate after fluffy, season with pepper afterwards.
but usually scrambled.
sometimes I buy packs of hardboiled eggs at the market and salt them, it's been a long time since I did that tho
Hard-boiled eggs with a bit of mustard on top is pretty easy and doesn't taste bad
I crack three into a frying pan that’s got some kind of oil or butter or whatever, low heat like 33% of max on the stovetop, then cover it with a lid and let it work for like 15 minutes. If you want to be fancy you can panfry some peppers or whatever first, then crack the eggs on top of them and apply the same strategy. Season to taste
scrambled for eas of cooking. Either sunny side up or over easy for tasty dipping.
Over easy with some butter in the pan to lube it up
also, try out duck eggs they are great. much creamier taste
Scrambled with some milk. Sometimes just fried but I'm bored of that from eating it so much. Over easy is pretty good too.
Drinking them raw mixed with some milk and a pinch of cinnamon isn't bad either desu but thats only when in a hurry or lazy.
sunny side up on toast
Scrambled on off days. On days when I have to go to work, I grab a couple of boiled ones. I boil maybe 6-8 at a time, and just grab em when I need em.
>'ve never really eaten eggs on their own before
Are you 4? Or do you live in Latvia where egg only dream?
Soft boiled eggs or scrambled
different types of eggs are nice to change things up duck and quail are easy to get, in June seagull eggs are not bad either but you have to get them yourself
Best way to eat eggs is by making french toast plus if you use actual good seed bread you'll get extra protein and Omega and fiber
Scrambled in the microwave, not the best tasting but very easy and fast. Almost no clean up, 30-45 seconds, then stir, another 30-45 seconds, stir and repeat if necessary. Very convenient,
Only a l'oeuf en habit vert for me
Crack them into a muffin tin at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Top them with butter, cheese, seasoning ect. Before cooking. Spray the muffin tin beforehand obviously
Tastes great and frees you up to get other shit ready while they cook.
On their own? Boiled for about 8 minutes. Otherwise, I like them fried sunny side up with beans on toast.
egg oatmeal is very decent. Especially with frozen fruit/berries
>6g extra protein (1 egg)
Just hard boiled up 18 of em at once. They’re handy protein that whey.
>low heat
its like you don't even want good eggs
patrician
15mins? Wtf
No, I was always a picky eater but I'm trying to eat less trash and more whole foods with protein.
what the fuck is that?
A boiled egg in a dressing of blended greens
Here's how to make it
Lately it's scrambled into a breakfast burrito.
Add in some mayo and paprika and you have deconstructed deviled eggs. Great snack.
hard-boiled with a custard core. perfect for speed snack.
if I wanna treat myself, scrambled with curry, garlic and chopped onions. Top with frank's.
Is eating only meat and eggs to bulk up worth it?
What the fuck am i reading in this thread???
You fucken dipshits.
When you cook the egg its loses protein, cocked eggs is pratically just fat, you have to eat it fucken RAW
Denatured protein is protein you retard, it all gets broken up into amino acids in the stomach
turkish recipe, learnt from an ex
she was 10/10
add some sliced tomato, cook them for 2-3 mins
then add green pepper (not bell pepper though, the real deal green peppers)
stir them for a few mins
then add the eggs.
keep stirring till they mid cooked.
it's the next best thing to her pussy.
god I miss her so much
lmao get a load of this guy
its like saying that a smashed brick is the same as a wall
go read the nutritional values, cooked yolk has almost no protein
it loses some, but not whole.
are you retarded?
but yeah I prefer doing it Rocky Style
You are both fucking retarded the brick gets pulverized anyways, going by the analogy.
There are roughly 6g of protein in both a cooked egg and a hard boiled egg.
If you are both baiting me you are doing an excellent job.
A raw egg*, not cooked

Without the creme fraiche
Boiled. Scrambled is good but is a pain in the ass to clean up.
Hard boiled if I'm in a hurry, soft boiled if I wanna have fun with dipping shit into dat yolk
When I eat eggs of any variety the only thing I think about are the divine egg farts I’ll get. Ever given yourself a Dutch oven with your own brand?
Shit should be painted in the Sistine chapel
>scrambled
>messy clean up
Can you elaborate on this? I feel like it’s super streamlined and easy and less messy.
>Turkish recipe
>sautés a couple things together
I got Antarctic recipes
It's just a pain in the ass to clean the pan and the mixing bowl, and I always get shell in the mix which I have to fish out. Also you gotta stand there constantly stirring it until it's ready.
Boiled eggs you just put them in water for a few minutes and then eat them. Nothing to wash up and you can do other things while they're cooking.
The only way
I drop about 2 tablespoons of kerry gold butter into a pan on medium low. Let it melt, then just crack the eggs one by one and scramble them with rubber spoon in the pan. Scrambling them as they cook gives them a godly texture
that sounds really good actually
Also this is super easy to clean up 1 because the butter and 2 because the medium low heat
i used to just eat them boiled on their own lol but it gets pretty dry and boring so now i always eat them scrambled, tastes better and faster too.
Fried in butter with full fat milk added halfway through. It's fucking delicious.
