10 reps atg 14 reps parellel

6 ft 2 ish. Maybe taller
245lb
15-20 times atg probably maybe 25-30 when I'm rested.

God I’m so weak. Been lifting for three months and my squat is at 195 for 5 reps.

3 months? Not bad dude. Check back in after your first year.

2 reps ATG

168 lbs

I was surprised that I could desu. I'm squatting 190 3x5 today, I just randomly tested my max like 2 weeks ago when my squat was 180 3x5 and I could do 225 for 2 reps.

5'10"
220
20 reps

I've done 245x20

5'10 200, probably 10 atg with a slow descent, my 1rm is 335 rn

that's honestly not terrible. try kicking an extra rep out on 195 before bringing the weight up. leg work benefits from high reps at plateus better than anything else

I did 3 sets of 5 reps for the first time a few days ago

Well this is making me feel a lot better. When I started I was barely doing 135 x 5. I’m still eating low calories so my lifts are starting to stall but I’m not quite ready to bulk

ATGlets btfo parallel is easier lamao

21 last time I did a widowmaker with 225. Which was awhile ago.

what's the point of this question?

Going to parrellel is where the most tendon shearing happens I want to preseve my knees.

5'11"
170lbs
absolute ATG probably 7-8, parallel 12
1rm 3pl8

I can't do atg, it fucks up my knees. I see bullshit on either side of what is better desu.

got 20 months ago but have done 18@ 315lbs since then, I reckon I'd be good for 25-30

>it fucks up my knees
no

A while ago we had the challenge between me and my gym buddy of doing our own bw on the bar for squats for max reps. I had 110kg/242lb, over a few weeks I managed to get to 52 reps in one set. It was pretty fucking boring and painful in equal amounts. Depth was beyond parallel, but not quite atg.

>he has irl friends
user this is Jow Forums not fakebook I suggest going back you fucking normalfag

I don't have to worry about that because I'm not a tendonlet. Do people actually hurt their knees doing squats and leg raises? lmao.

Idk my 1rm is 435 though. It's useless for me to do volume with weight that low.
