every doctor and every user who uses wikipedia, momscience etc. will tell you to eat lots of fibre.
guess what: the people that listen to this advice have it for life. doctors either just echo what they have been told at medical school (and unwittingly promote the profit-maximizing misdeed of keeping you sick) or will outright lie against your best interest to keep profiting from you.
eat literally zero fibre, it has no benefits whatsoever. you're not a fucking cow.
when i went 100% carnivore, the following happened to me:
shits reduced to one every 2 or 3 days. wonder wipes (barely anything on paper) every time, zero digestive issues. after several weeks, it formed a very painful abscess (they heal on their own) and then went away.
yes. it went away. every doctor and wikipedia article will tell you that is impossible.
always do the opposite of what the majority of people tell you. if you're too weak to eat a good diet, just have them removed every few months or years because they WILL be around forever when you eat plants.

PS: what you have is probably an abscess. they heal on their own, but if you're getting abscesses, you're probably also suffering from hemorrhoids already.
