Kettlebell swings are Great exercise for glutes, hamstrings, hip mobility(meh). Make sure to bend your knees slightly tho
Goblet squats are great (but can also be done with dumbbells)
Can do one-arm snatches with them quite easily.
The other day I saw a guy riding a bike down the street and lifting a kettle bell at the same time. He looked pretty stupid but it seems effective.
Look into strongfirst's articles. Also the simple and sinister program is pretty fantastic and can work on conjunction with most other programs.
Start with proper form 2h swings, after u Master it go for TGUs, 1h swings, then high pulls and snatches. Also meanwhile do some push/strict presses. For legs do goblets and lunges with both kettlebell on your shoulders or in yo hands. Use these exercises as elements in PPL plan.

My gym buddy is scared of using a barbell to squat, so for now I've got her doing goblet squats and kettlebell deadlifts.
Threaded lunges are the ultimate lunge.
I have mine mostly for chilling with light OHP on the pc.

I can't see how they could possibly be superior to barbell/dumbbell routines.
Cardio and endurance. They're also the best thing to OHP, but that's a big investment for one lift.

For some exercises they are easier to hold since the weight is distributed differently. Don't look at them as replacement for dumbbell or barbell.

My favorite kettle bell workout is to take a heavy bell, set a timer for 30 minutes, and do 20 swings followed by a minute break for the duration of the timer. It’s like an HIIT workout.
