Don't fucking cut. Actually hit the weights for once...eat at maintenance or mild surplus.

When you get stronger, and you accumulate more fat, then cut.

I was once your weight but I went on a cut. I lifted a little bit at the time but snapped my shit up doing heavy deads. Ended up just starving and doing drugs.

I mean yeah, I'm not saying I'm lean, but I'm literally probably as fat as you in your OP pic just way stronger/muscular, and I don't even really work out that often

The lightest I've ever been is 152 lbs and that was after 6 months of 2-3 miles a day running and I was a human skeleton

I also used to weigh around 130. I still looked pretty similar. Maybe I just have low T and shit genetics- in terms of muscle that is. I might go see a doc about that. Another than that, thank god I was given a head full of hair at least.

Really it doesn't even matter what you do, just keep lifting and doiung compound exercises and you'll make it.
