>stopped being a pussy and started free weights today
>35kgBench Press & Pull downs
>20kg Bicep Curls
>20kg OHP
>20kg Squats
>40kg Deadlift
Is this normal for a beginner? I feel pretty ashamed that my squats and DL are so low desu. Granted these were my first free weighted compound exercises, but still.

yes these are low. especially if you aren't completely sendentary prior to these. It's pretty shameful, you should suck it up and loft heavy every day until you are no longer a female.

Ye its normal. Try to add 2.5kg to your max each week, you'll get there.

What do you eat on a daily basis normally?

>35kg bench press
Never gonna make it. Pic related, it’s u lad

are you including the bar? either way it doesn't really matter just eat more lift more

That is indeed me except I don't have the strength to lift the avocados. Do you count the stones?
Started a bulk in the past few days. Aiming at 3000 calories. Previously I'd be at 2000 per day.

Yeah, but with what. The quality of your diet and enought protein is essential

Something is wrong with your deadlift and squat form, the others are fine for untrainedm You aren't strong by any means but that's the point of training strength

curls are pretty good compared to the rest.

>20kg bicep curls

Excuse me why is nobody mentioning this????

I've been prepping my own meals, trying to get at least above my bodyweight in protein and more like 175g.
Breakfast is usually some eggs, oats and milk, a banana and apple with peanut butter. Lunch is typically Chicken, rice and brocolli and a cheese toastie, Dinner is the same but I add extra chicken and vegetables. A few protein and oat bars in between, esp. post workout.
This is likely the case. My fat friend went with me to spot at the gym but since neither of us know form I likely fucked it on the squats.
Is something wrong with this?

The diet sounds alright. You might want to consider adding some red meat to that diet for that sweet heme iron. I'm assuming your weakness is just due to what you ate before bulking.

Surely he means with the barbell, ie. unweighted.

i find it odd he curls that heavy in relation to his other piss weak lifts. hes probably been only curling this whole time.

>5'9
you'll always be a pussy

Yeah, I'm 18 and my diet at uni was shit and sedentary. I suppose my issue boils down to form and nutrition. Can only keep at it.
Lmao@your ignorance- I'm 7"2 with shoes

Are these numbers with or without bar (20kg)? If it's without bar then that's not bad at all for a beginner

All are without the bar except Bench and DL, at 5x5.

Saying that however the Curls, OHP and squats were performed with a 20kg barbell, so bar equivalent

Why the fuck wouldn't you count the bar? retard

Have had normies tell me how much they put on one side of the bar when asked how much they lift, so why not ask to be sure

fucking normies lmao
if you talk in terms of plates e.g 1/2/3/4 with 1 plate OHP, 2 plate bench, 3 plate squat, 4 plate deadlift, then yes you say how much u put on one side of the bar.
however, since you gave ur results in kg, u have to include the bar.

Or he's cheat curling

>each week

Ignore this. You should be increasing your weights every session, three times a week, at least for 3 months

Why do people talk shit about a beginners lifts? There is always a starting point.

>heme iron

Why would you give yourself cancer for something that doesnt even matter unless you're tryharding cardio?

Cool 5% revative risks you got there mate.
