Looksmaxing in one week. What can you do?

I'm meeting the potential girl of my dreams a week from now on Thursday. Due to being sick and lazy, I haven't trained as much in the last two or three weeks as I normally do. I've especially neglected cardio, and I feel and look somehow flabby and soft. How should I train next seven days to look as fit and aesthetic as possible?

What else should I do, and what things I should avoid? I should obviously be taking care of my skin, and I should avoid sugary and fatty foods, but other than that, what do you suggest? She won't be seeing my abs or anything, but the overall state of my body will also affect how my face looks. Someone has said that doing heavy deadlifts or squats can cause water to accumulate in your body, which might make you look puffy. Is there any truth to this?

Fucking cringe. What are, you 16?

take a shower
use deodorant

work on posture
also
>girl of my dreams
get rid of this nonsense, maybe date other girls

I'm not entirely sure yet whether or not she is girl of my dreams or not, but she sure seems like it. What's cringe about that?

Any other advice?

Stop being autistic. Approaching a date asyour one in a lifetime shot to fix your problems will make you spast out. Go through your regular schedule. Do some fun things to take your mind off of it (and to have somethingto talk about). That's it.
Long term try to build your own life to be less needy.

>potential girl
It's gonna be a dude

Alternate day fasting
Low carb on feeding days
No alchohol or nicotine
Don't yank the one eyed monster
Get plenty of sleep
Drink a gallon of water/day
Sleep a lot
Cardio + blast vanity muscles (Traps, abs, arms) like an absolute madman

You can do it fagtron

>potential girl of my dreams

read the following two books in that week:

- The Rational Male (1st book) by Rollo Tomassi
- The book of Pook by Pook (can be found online for free)

realize that all women are degenerate sluts that will age like milk. Focus your energy and time into things worthwhile that will bring you happiness and prosperity.

You are projecting your imagination on a girl. This will make you fail 100%.
She's not what you think she is, because nobody is. She might be shit, she might be great (and way better than what you think a "dream girl" is) or she might me so-so.
What another poster said:
is better than my original post and the best advice here. Do that.

there's no dream girl, there's only girls. no relationship lasts forever. get that disney shit out of your head.

Every night before your meeting, whisper in her ear your name and hello ten times while she's sleeping.

Imprint your name and your voice upon her subconscious.

Mewing
Squinting
Posture

Plenty of relationships last forever. Are you retarded?

nope, just being realistic.

It's not realistic. Do you not know how words work?

Those relationships are not based on fantasy nonsense. They are based in reality, two people knowing and liking each other, that daily work together to help each other.
Also beware, a lot of girls actually think their bf is their dream guy and fall in love with their own imagination instead of the actual guy. It's one of the most common reasons LTRs fail. Don't be a guy that does this.

wtf are mewing and squinting

I want Jow Forums to fucking leave

He got good advice. If he follows it, he might leave Jow Forums.

That's not Jow Forums you newfag.

Don't get so hung up on a random phrase I used. This is not the first time I'm meeting her, and I didn't even say that it's a date, because it's not. We haven't seen in few months and I don't want to seem like a bloated slob, is all. I'm romantically interested in her, though.

Now this is the kind of advice I was looking for, not autistic clinging to semantics of my question. Thank you! Is fasting really the way to go? If I did fast every other day, that would mean three or four days without food. Do you have any personal experience on what effects fasting has, because I have none? I'm going to read into it now.

Mewing seems legit, but I don't think much is going to happen in week. Squinting on the other hand seems pretty autistic. Posture is very important, and I always try to keep mine good.
