Eat more, train harder and more consistent and you gonna make it. Do push-ups

It's OK if you're small

I curl 70kg

cute girl, got more?

brittany venti
you can find tons

>1 year lifting
>Can’t bench 50kg

well i eat one chicken leg a day and the meal i get at work, which is usually something like potatoes and a bit of meat and salad, then i add a protein powder shake to it. It's protein rich all of this.

Well you'll get there eventually
Count your calories if you don't already

>lift for 10 months
>can bench 80kg for 4 reps
Hope my dust tastes good

I hadn't done barbell bench in a year and I did 195lbs.

That is not eating, do you want to stay small?

>don't lift weights
>still can push lmao2pl8
Different people advance at different speeds. There's no need to brag and be a dick about it user

what am i supposed to eat? this is protein rich, it has a bunch calories in it as well, i guess i could start doing GOMAD again to get more calories.

are you a woman?

yikes, im 50kg x5-7 reps, only 3 months.
are you auzwitch mode or what?

Based on what you said you eat that is probably only 1200-1500 calories.

Based
Cringe

Yeah different people advance at different speeds which is exactly why i felt bragging about myself dabbing on OP.

here you go user

>lift for 2 years
>can bench 140kg

You are doing something really, really wrong. Do you even eat food? Do you even overload? You should be able to hit 100kg easily doing even PPL 2 times a week.

I don't like your kind. Get off my board

1 year lifting, can't bench 25kg

Are you sure you're honest with yourself? These numbers don't add up

Attached: 1563377288724.jpg (655x527, 36K)

How the fuck do you people eat below 2k cal on a regular non cutting diet? It's so little food. Eat more first of all and track your calories

85kg 1rep, 60kg body weight
kinda ok my dudes

if you could put your arms under yourself you'd be able to bench yourself

>tfw 67kg and failed a 55kg 5x3 attempt at the fourth set monday
One day I'll get there

There's always the next workout to look forward to

I'm so hungry bro, and I ate more for breakfast than he does in a whole day.

Just add 3-5kg every month
Focus on working sets
Do 3x3 -> 5x3/3x5 -> 5x5 -> add weight & repeat
I'm 65kg and benching 90kg after a year

>20kg bench press due in 3 months

Attached: 1358078810174.jpg (300x300, 27K)

wtf how?

It has been five hours since I've eaten.

It's entirely possible that OP is running a bad program and has a shit diet, but saying that everyone can bench 100kg after 1 year is false. Some people respond better to training than others.

im doing greyskull lp

Hope semen taste good you cum guzzling faggot

s u m m e r

Not the faggot you're responding to but it's really not that bad

I guarantee you are not getting enough protein. Count a few days, get the average, and then thank me for leading you to the light. Get more protein in your diet

aww man, i already eat proteinrich food, im eating a bowl of cottage cheese right now which is protein rich, does that help?

Buy a food scale and start tracking what you eat. That way you know exactly what you're getting. Use somerthing like Myfitnesspal to track your calories.

>muscles keep growing but i can't progress weight on any lifts no matter what program
why

Eating "protein rich foods" is a normie thing. As in generalizing foods and hoping you're getting proper protein. Yougotta start counting macros if you wanna actually get gainz

Same. Turns out my testosterone levels are that of a 60 year old man ( im 23 )

Remember it could always be worse

Fuck. I guess even a 60 year old is more of a man than me.

Shit dude you scored below a buzzfeed soiboy. I feel for you man I really do

take cold showers and ice your balls

>was fat as fuck at 150lbs (I'm 5'8") but could bench 200lbs
>cut to 130lbs and look a lot better but can only bench 160lbs
I look better but it sucks how much strength I lost. Does anyone have advice on how to bulk without gaining too much face and neck fat? The reason I cut was that I was ugly and had the bloated cheeks double chin combo

How long would it take me to get back up to 150lbs while lean bulking and keeping my body fat below 10% to avoid my face going ugly again? I have chiselled cheeks and a good jawline now and I dont wanna lose my face gains and go bloatmode again

Also the numbers I gave are my 1rm before you go thinking I'm super strong, I go much lighter for reps

underrated

cold on your balls isnt good for the balls, but for the rest of the body cold is good in quick doses.
