Same man, im feeling the same for many years now. At first though i didnt take care of my body at all. To realize the importance took me the best part of my youth and 20s. Im still learning to watch out for my body signals. It's maybe 2 years now since i started making progress but let me tell you, it's a long and stony path to betterment and higher energy. I used to wake up so many times and feeling like utter shit, like a bulldozer ran over me during the night. 0 motivation to do anything. I was constantly 24/7 tired but in the evenings and during the night i was restless as fuck. For me it started to get better when i started moving every other Day and working out. It's good that you're already doing that. I always downplayed the importance of regular workouts, but for me it's essential, otherwise i Fall back into my old bad habits and this pit of inactivity. The other important thing is enough sleep, you also take care of that, good! But also almost as important was a regular sleep schedule. Waking up at the same time every day is a big deal. I have the suspicion that i may have depression (actually im quite certain but ill wait for a professional assessment from a doc or shrink since i dont want to use this as an excuse). Having regular social interactions is also crucial, as well having an aim or some hobby to work at besides wagecucking. If you already take care of All these things and still feel deflated empty and tired as i did and still do on many days, maybe see a doc and get yourself checked for depression.

Are you getting a good 8 hours? A lot of people dont wake up completely and have a mild form of sleep apnea. Get a sleep study done and check if you need a CPAP machine.

Have you seen a doctor? Tiredness is a symptom of many illnesses.

Used to sleep like a god damn fucking baby back before smartphones existed. Then once I got one I decided to take it to bed with me one day and watch some boring video game commentary on Youtube. Slept better than ever. Then I started doing this every night until it became a habit. My quality of sleep declined consistently, but I was a dumbass who didn't realize at the time that looking at bright lights and having bullshit played in your ear right before bed is bad. Now I literally can't sleep unless I have my phone with me playing some video. Everytime I try it takes forever to fall asleep and when I do I wake up after an hour or two. What the fuck do I do?
