If i'm working on going ottermode, is jogging/sprinting actually enough for toned athletic legs?

Not really. Not saying you need to be doing 5 plates ATG for 5x5, but full, cut, muscular legs are a must even for the otters. Just don't get them unproportional to the rest of your body.

God damn it, i fucking hate squatting but i love running.

Do biking instead, it's better for your joints.

Footballers train their legs with resistance training. I follow a fuckload of footballers on social media and they all do it.

He's right, but you won't have to break yourself.

Low to moderate weight (think135-185) in a high rep/set range will be enough to develop good musculature and definition in your legs. You'll be in no danger of getting huge or developing explosive power but I think for your purposes of looking for a particular aesthetic that's just fine.

What about leg press?

I know how Lance Armstrong did it

jogging/running up hills are good training for calves and quads.

Based

they're on steroids

Middle has 2 bulges on inner quad, right has only one. Explain
