Are my lifts not heavy enough?

I am 5'9, 138 pounds and I have been going to the gym for about 2 months. I started at 124 pounds.

I deadlift 70kg 5 reps 3 sets
I bench 40kg 5 reps 4 sets
I squat 54 kg 5 reps 3 sets

If I try do any higher weights my body ends up feeling pretty shitty and not in a good way.

So now am I doing?

Pic related btw.

Eat more, sleep more. If you can't eat more, consider GOMAD.

>14 lbs in 2 months
wew

That's a good thing surely?

Bump

Have you considered eating food

>I am 5'9, 138
what are u 14 y.o.?

You are DYEL. Keep doing linear progression, eat more, and check back in 4 months

Im 5’9 185
You got some work to do bud, but no rush

How does your body feel shitty? If it's just muscle soreness or exhaustion get over it.

You can always lower the weight to do more sets if you can't do 5x5

But fix your nutrition, whey is easy and convinient

I was in the same place a couple months ago, eat 120-140 grams of protein a day, and hit your calorie goals while lifting 3 days a week. Do this while gaining weight and lifts will go up

It is. You are a healthy weight now, at 124 you were noticeably underweight so of course you are not going to be lifting heavy for a while

Ok but with the context of having been underweight I am lifting a normal amount?

Why do people like you even bother with lifting. You’re pitifully weak. It’s like, sad. You being in the gym is unironically a waste of space and equipment.

You are eithedr on roids, or you are gaining fat with that, max muscle you can build per month is 5 lean pounds. If you're natty I'd say you definitely managed that though with a bit of fat on top.

Knowing that, make sure you eat more protein, you want I think it's 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram. The more precise measurements can be found online if you look.

Coz I want a Thot on my peepee

I figure it's good to have a little bit of fat so in case I have a few days of calorie deficit my body can then use the remaining fat to help me not lose my gains. Plus I was/am so skinny that I think the additional fat would be a good thing.

>arbitrary amount of muscle capable of being built per month
>conveniently a nice round number

be honest, are you actually retarded?

Use lbs not kg you asshole

>138 pounds

yikes

Very very unbased.

Those are all far below untrained starting lifts for normal human beings, excepting maybe the deadlift

>gaining fat
Who gives a shit

You dumb fucking retard, when I go from a cut to a bulk, I gain 5 kilos in the first month, if not more. Surely its mostly water, but im not roiding either

How the fuck is this possible? I'm 5'8" 130lbs and I'm bigger with longer arms

nice bathroom tiles, I like them

Damn, what would the norm be?

His lifts are literally fine for an untrained person
