Is it normal to be this uneven starting out doing Starting Strength, or am I doing some of the lifts with poor form?

>deadlift 47.5kg

Symmetric strength thread
Youre considered subpar or untrained. Just bc its different colors doesnt mean its uneven lol
I got a symmetry score of 75. But this is nothing to worry about then?
OHP goes up much more slowly than other lifts.
Remember to add 15lbs per deadlift session and 10lb per squat for the first few weeks
It's normal considering you're starting from subpar/untrained. Most likely everyone's "untrained" form will still be stronger in some areas just based on your day-to-day life. I started as a total skelly and my squat was already way ahead of everything else, have always had biggish legs.
Need to put more thought into the squat.
Current goal is Lime Boy by New Years.
you're counting the bar in those measurements, right user?
I achieved pic related natty... impressive, right?
When I started out it said that my squats were like -25% and my rows were like +30%. I checked my form, and it turned out that I had horrible form on both, especially the rows. After I fixed it, I had to remove a lot of weight from my rows to be able to do it properly, and I was able to add on lots of weight to my squats within 2 weeks.
Bad form could cause that asymmetry but considering how low your lifts are, it could just be because you aren't pushing yourself to your fullest on squats and bench. Give it a few weeks, that asymmetry will probably fix itself quickly.
hello friends
Keep stalling on OHP. Halp
Im and Im running greg nuckols bench program but for ohp instead atm
I'm , pic related is my symmetry a couple of weeks after fixing the bad form that gave me horrible symmetry according to the site.
I'm 2 months and 1 week in. Am I doing okay?
I forgot to say
>squat 175 lb
>bench 130 lb
>dl 210 lb
>press 82 lb
>row 135 lb
>weighted chin up +20 lb
>No bench
Why? Would your score go down if you added it?
I'm I've been going 4 months and we're at the same place just about, except for your OHP. Are you just not training it enough?
I stalled on it for a bit and had to deload. When I got back over where I stalled I ended up having to redo it a few times. I'm back on track now. Same goes for bench, which is why my chest isn't quite there yet. I know you said this in your post but you should focus more on squats, you're twice as far in as me but my quads are stronger
I enjoy lat raises
Wait I lied about my quads being stronger, I'm just a retard who can't read
I havent benched in months. I find it boring and dont do it
I hat that the entire site is based around weight and not height. The site is pretty much useless for a tall guy who is a beginner.
OHP is a bitch to improve on, right on the edge of advanced there. I'm hoping my squat goes radically up once I start a new regiment after I recover from an ankle injury
Cope, lanky faggot
Ye buddy
>tfw been lifting for 2 months today
>tfw becoming blue man
I CAN FEEL MYSELF CHANGING HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
>19
>Back squat 350 lbs
>Deadlift 295 lbs
W...what?
I think im doing my dead lifts wrong
When you're untrained, you will almost always be unbalanced. Don't worry about it, just focus on getting stronger and it will fix itself.
Newfags report in
I have reached the natty limit
>started 135 5'11" DYEL
>now 155 and full blue man
are you me?
Are you implying blue man is somehow not dyel? I'm teal and I'm still very dyel. It's not until green that you can really say you lift.
progress in progress my dude. I started out full purple
>Everyone who can lift less than me is a damn dirty DYEL
>Everyone who can lift more than me is a damn dirty roider
