finishing straddle planche training now. can do the movement with shoes on right now.

can bodyweight make me look GOOD?
small waist,toned abs,(i already have a frame),expanded chest-
can it be done?
I hate strained weight movements and boring nautilus machines. i feel most comfy dealing with my own body

anything can make you look good, but you have to train right. high volume beginner elements or actually getting to the advanced stuff will accomplish this. Few people get there because the type of person that would look good on high volume beginner elements would look good with conventional, and few people make it to the advanced stuff.

tl;dr
>if you're the type of person to ask this question, then no

I can do 50 pushups in a row so now i switched to 10 reps of handstand pushups

Short answer yes. Long answer yeeees.
Also buy rings. Everyone should buy rings

Kek.

Recent progress
> can do a one arm pull up on each arm
> can hold front lever for about 6 seconds (almost perfect, struggling with butt dip)
I train for rock climbing so bodyweight stuff works well. Thinking of getting a weight vest for my finger board training though

that's a good start.

Keep the same volume and go for high number of sets too

Hspu isn't really a progression of regular push-ups. Keep doing the handstand ones but you should be doing either ring or oapu progressions as well

What is he using for the horizontal pulls, a resistance band?

what happens if someone does oapu with only arm?
like archers who have uneven muscles?

I suppose so. Why would you do that though

Fucking trips of truth

>buy rings
Yeha but wtf do I do with them? I want a TLDR answer, not "buy and read my 600+ page book for an exercise routine that should be one fucking image". Also all I know about rings is they can easily destroy shoulders and mine already aren't in the best shape.

Well you can use them for dips/push-ups (flyers as well). You can use them instead of a pull-up bar (good for oapu progression) as well as for isolation work like curls for example

>I am following op's pic's program
>I can do the most difficult plank exercise
What should I do now?

Hollow body holds are based as well as L-sits If you want some more challenging static core work

>dips
>push ups
>pull ups
>horizontal pull ups
>bodyweight curls
>...
there is so much you can do with just rings it's insane

Not to mention you can take them anywhere you go and use as long as you have a stable anchor point

thanks user, I'll try these.

do it in public and expect people to put money in your hat

any tips for false grip on rings? its super hard and painful fuck

also, how much do you calisthenicsfags here weigh? im at 88kg, or around 195 in fag units
>you will never be ironloo

That's pretty heavy desu. I'm 75kg personally (trying to gain right now though). I don't know much about false grip but antranik made a short video on it youtu.be/Xz-6EI1abKo

>horizontal pull ups
>bodyweight curls
What?

Curls

>Horizontal pullups
I think he meant rows

look it up
horizontal pulls or whatever, it's literally a category in op's pic

isn't this image better?

I just started this. How long will it take to see results? Doing only 3 sets with 4-8 doesn't seem to be that much, especially only doing it 3 days a week. I'm a skinnyfat faggot too if that helps...
