Your gyno isn't that bad compared to a lot of others so you should be able to hide it with some well-built pecs hopefully. Just keep bench pressing I guess.

Gyno removal doesn't take out any muscle. It removes a gland in your chest that causes the fat to accumulate there. If your doctor removes pec muscle, then your doc is a hack.
As for a better bench, it helped me to think of it as less of a vertical push and more of a way of bringing my pecs together. Try to imagine the bar is keeping you from bringing the outer edges of your pecs together and flex against that force. I thought the "mind-muscle connection" was retarded until I started doing it, and I started feeling exercises in the right muscle groups more often.

My dad lost 38 pounds at nearly sixty, and he looks infinitely better. Sure, he's not some jacked and tan bodybuilder, but he looks great for his age. He didn't want to die of heart disease like his father.
Just eat more vegetables, be active, get more sleep, and drink more water. That will solve a good 80% of your problems.

You need to lose weight. Most people have gyno because their body fat is too high, not because they actually have gyno.

It's not that complex. "Hardgainers" need to eat more. Most people with "gyno" need to eat less.
People with genuine problems -- like a metabolic disorder or legit gyno -- need a doctor, not Jow Forums-sourced broscience.
