I have no energy

No matter how much sleep I get, no matter how healthy I eat or how much, no matter if I force myself to exercise, I have no fucking energy. It feels like there’s weights attached to my arms.

I’m not fat either, I don’t know what to do. Even when I wake up after 9 hours of sleep I feel like I never went to bed at all. Fuck bros, this sucks, I want to feel alive and rested.

Your diet is shit. Go on youtube. Educate yourself on the gut. Also what is your diet consist of

Get more fats in your diet while still counting your CiCo. It's been proven a fatty breakfast gets the brain lubed for the day to come

Cut out suger completely

Maybe your depressed retard. whats going on in your life?

Attached: image.jpg (496x636, 42K)

This also

Drink coffee. It will literally solve all your problems.

Were all depressed but most of us just shut up and die

Depression is heavily linked to a poor diet.

No. That'll just numb the symptoms and not the cause, which is more important

Cut out gluten, see how it goes.

Time your sleep/wake schedule based on REM cycles. There's an app/webpage that guides this, just Google "when to go to sleep rem" or something.

I have the same issue.

F-lux on computer and phone 3 hours before sleeping.

Go to sleep and wake up every day at the same time in pitch black room
(using black out curtains)

and use Light therapy lamp of +10 000 lumens to wake up, or even better: take 15 min morning walk in sunshine (~100 000 lumens).

When you wake up: no phone usage on the first hour, dont keep laying in the bed or dose, get up as soon as you wake up or you will mess up your circadian rhythm/hormones and feel fatigued. This was big one for me.
Do that walk instead, no matter what.

Go to sleep and wake up EVERY FKING DAY at the same time.
No exceptions. Also no screens 2 hours before sleep time.

Do compleate withdwal from sugar, caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, white flour, french fries, chips and rest of junk food. Moderation wont work on trigger foods.

!Go to doctor to check adrenal fatigue, vitamin/mineral defiencies as D3, B12, Iodine ect!

Replace dopamine addictions and distractions like youtube with real riches of life. Slowly learn to enjoy exercise, meditation, changing who you are, making new friends, meeting hot women, having abundance of sex and building business.
(Think and grow rich,
The power of now + New Earth
And RSD from youtube are great places to start).

May suck 1-2 months to establish these new habits, escape comfort zone, and to do deep identity level change, but the return of investment of just 2 months is feeling fking alive, happy and full of bliss.

Best thing i ever down in my life. Feeling 10/10, hope this helps.

Coffee is just a short term escape that just makes the actual problem bigger and bigger and evetually need to drink that brown liquid shit just to go to sleep, because withdrawl.

Same as cigarettes, eventually you think that it helps you to relax and concentrate, but when you quit it for 2 months you realize that you were always 10x more relaxed, concentrated and happy before you began to smoke,
and all it did was giving short term pleasure of easing withdrawl symptoms it created in the first place.

This is the same nature of all dopamine traps,
like sugar, junkfood, girls seeking validation in instagram, social media, men addicted to tinder likes/matches, and computer addiction that fuck up sleep ect.

And marketers know this, our biology and bodt was evolved in scarcity based enroviment, so we are always seeking instant short term pleasure and they use it hook us to these dopamine leeches.
This society is build for escapism because its profitable instead of solving the problem why you feel shitty in the first place.
(Fixing Sleep, food, socializing, sex life, goals, addictions, meditation)

yeah user i thnk your post was a godsend for me at this moment
thanks

since you are here, any tips on doing this absolute habit changes?

Oh yeah!
Also sleep cycles app might come in handy to wake up refreshed.

Ok so what substance are you abusing?
It's the same as people complaining about night sweats or some shit and then it turns out they are on cocaine withdrawal or some shit.
>inb4 i smoke weed every day to help me sleep

Same. And shortness of breath. I'm not fat either so idk.

You’re out of shape you skinnyfat flab.

Unironically I don’t use any drugs

not joking, you should fast for 48 hours. the experience of denying your body its cravings and autophagy will make you much more alive and aware.

You may have some form of sleep apnea. The way to know for certain is to go the doctor and have a sleep study done, and not just trust what a random stranger is telling you on an outdated image board. No one should be sleeping 9 hours and waking up tired. You should feel alert in the morning.
Practice good sleep hygiene like others have posted (avoid blue light before bedtime, wake up at the same time each day etc.,).

Another thing you can do is practice breathing exercises. A simple one is establishing nose breathing during sleep as a habit. This will improve the quality of your sleep noticeably. You can use either 3M micro-pore tape, or special mouth-tape you can order online. The goal with these exercises is to increase your tolerance for CO2. CO2 is an important vasodilator, so when you are breathing unnecessarily hard you are losing CO2, and causing vasoconstriction; which is why people who are hyperventilating tend to feel light-headed and tired, it is because their brain is being deprived of O2, even though their breathing volume is high. The way to measure your progress is by timing your breathe hold time (measures CO2 tolerance).
>Normal breath in w/ nose
>Normal breath out w/ nose
>Hold breath until FIRST urge to breathe (e.g, a chest spasm or a feeling of breathlessness).
This is your control pause or BOLT score.
This is not a maximal breathe hold. If you are breathing hard when it is over, that means you held for too long, wait a minute to recover and try again.
For people with sleep apnea, COPD, asthma or other breathing problems their control pause is low (10 - 20 seconds). It will take time but aim for 30 to 40 seconds for a morning control pause.

I know it sounds like homeopathic BS, but look into it. There is a book called "The Oxygen Advantage" which discusses this in more detail. You can also look up something called "Buteyko Breathing". I am about to hit the word count but this should be enough to get you started.

You fasting faggots are becoming worse than the no fap memers

Stop jerking off in the morning and quit playing vidya (it tires your eyes)
Worked for me

Sugar?

Having a purpose in life has made me have more energy.

How's your iron intake?

Now that I think about it, a doctor told me she didn't like the greenish tinge my skin has and that I might be anemic, I wonder if that's the case after all.

t. never tried fasting or nofap

You probably have sleep apnea. I have it too but ignore it cause the weirdly stupid red tape of having to go to the doctor, get a sleep study done, etc.

Apparently having sleep apnea then having it treated is night and day difference.

Stop fapping

>Go on youtube
bruh

stop fapping

This was me. Take good based vitamins

I don't see the problem theres genuine stuff of there that isnt normie crap like all the people constantly mentioned here.

Did you have a stroke?
