I wait about 2-3 minutes unless the set is fucking killing me.

You got to enumerate your reps based on the set repeter and superset that dividing your BMI

Depends. Personally I rest between 1.5-3 min based on the difficulty of the excercise

Longer as a general rule. Only constraint is your time. 5 minute rests really limit the number of sets you can do in a normal amount of time

90 seconds, unless it's deadlifts or pullups, then it's 120 seconds.

3-5 mins. If you aren't waiting this long, you aren't pushing real weight on compounds.

Bench is minimum 3 minutes rest. There are some studies behind it. Even if you feel ready for another set, you should wait until those 3 minutes pass.

Why wait when you can just do an exercise for a different muscle group?

I don't give a shit, I don't obsess over it, I just wait until I feel ready depending on what I'm doing and the purpose of the lift.

Depends on how I feel. If I feel I can hit the next set after 30 seconds I will. If I feel I need to wait another 5 minutes, I will. What matters to me is finishing the set; ever day is different.
