Homeless Gains

sup Jow Forums.

23 years old and officially homeless next week. I have no degree and worked at Burger King but got laid off.

I've been making huge gains and going to the gym but now I got to cut my expenses and compete for work. I have literally a bag of clothes, an obamaphone, and an old laptop to my name along with $800 total.

What do you guys recommend me to eat and what workout program should I do now without access to a gym and a decent diet?

I was finally starting to make it and this happened. I enrolled in a community college, started taking care of myself, working but now I hate life. What should I do to prevent losing my gains? Please, any advice from former homeless fit bros or fit bros struggling to make ends meet on how to keep and make gains with limited resources. I feel so depressed and angry.

iirc some user made a recipe for “protein paste” that probably tastes awful but has insane macros. i don’t remember amounts but it had pb, tuna, and oats. does anyone have a screencap?

I have some experience with this
Canned beans are OK, but somewhat expensive.
So bread is OK too, whole grain if you can
You can buy oats or different cereals and eat it dry, or from a plastic food bag with water
Mashed potato powder can usually be prepared with cold water (again, in a plastic bag), so there's you mashed potatoes. Also you can buy a box of breadcrumbs, since they tend to be very cheap, but no nutrition really
Yoghurts are acceptable since they come in a cup to eat, so you got your base for an oatmeal
Also seeds can sometimes be reasonably cheap, i.e. sunflower seeds
Definitely get a spoon
For meat you can get processed meat or canned fish, but meat and fish are expensive per calorie so worth limiting
Definitely avoid highly processed foods and pre-made meals as much as possible, they are very expensive per calorie. Go for basic foods
You can get an OK workout program using a pack of resistance bands for 30 bucks. You can do rows, band pushups, and even weighted squats and a sort of OHP using bands

Don't eat cheap shit, it will ruin your health, not just your gains. For some things you will be able to find cheap alternatives that are allright, for others not.

>make that 800 bucks last
>find work as quick as possible
> find a home within 2-3months,that is when homelessness really starts fucking with ur mind
>dont associate with other hobos
>dont drink or do drugs
>dont steal or commit crimes it will bite you in the ass eventually
Good Luck
t.two years on the street, seen ALL kinds of shit

What about just foraging most of your food in the wild and vloggin it

Dude you're homeless with less than 1000 dollars to your name and no degree. Your most impactful work experience is fucking Burger King at the age of 23.

Lifting is a luxury you cant afford. Better yourself by making your value higher in th job market. Your hobbies are all secondary

g4p

Do two things for me today. First, immediately apply for unemployment. If you were actually laid off and not fired for incompetence, this should be fairly easy and might be able to keep you afloat. Second, go start applying for jobs. Apply to every restaurant, warehouse, and retail store you can think of.

If that doesn't manage to keep you off the streets, good luck bro. Eating well when you don't have money or a kitchen to cook in is going to be really hard.

I'd be more focused on finding work and a new place to live than my gains. Being homeless has got to be a massive gain goblin.

>move back in with parents
>set up a home gym
>spend your time shitposting and working out
join the NEET master race

What did you go to school for? Also, were you a good worker?

Time to live the possum life

DUDE
BITCOIN
LMAO

a bunch of people end up homeless at some point in their lives. Don't sweat it bro.

You are about to be homeless and first thing you worry about is how to keep your precious gains. I guess lifting can`t cure autism AND stupidity.

Go work at an amazon warehouse, sleep in shelters or couchsurf on craigslist or some shit

Couchsurf (Ask to use their shower as well)
Find free stuff on craiglist then flip it for money at pawn shops.
Go get a bunch of free cologne samples while you still look presentable, use them when u need to look presentable in the future.
Get a job anywhere as soon as possible even like fucking burger king again.
Try begging on the internet, might work
The gym should be your final priority right now
Good luck getting back on your feet bro

Get a job man.

How can you live 23 years and not have developed a relationship with anyone who’d be willing to let you crash on a couch for a while?

Get your priorities straight.

Also, join the army.

military. you're young
>inb4 fighting for israel

Get a job at a gym, or a place with a gym. Workout free after work

> worked at Burger King but got laid off
Jesus how much of a lazy piece of shit do you have to be to get let go by a fast food restaurant?

Get your ass into my corps.

nice blog faggot now kill yourself

MILITARY. All problems magically solved.

Just eat those things separately what the fuck

Don't you have any friends or family to stay ? Try asking one of your friendliest professors at college, put some posters out there (my experience in college is that most people act friendly toward students in need)

This; the army will take anyone as long as you aren’t a complete retard or criminal.

How about you focus on securing long term shelter and gainful income before worrying about how you're going to mog the normies you fucking retard.

how about you gain a home lmao

Fuck off gains goblin
Gains might be the only thing keeping this lad sane anymore

He is right though. If he is homeless than going to gym WILL be a financial burden.

Pay for the gym, bet you can find a ton of old dudes that would pay for a blowjob in the gym showers.
3 months of selling ass and you aren't homeless anymore.

Gains might keep him sane
But not having money will guarantee he stays homeless and goes insane

Find a job asap
Make a weekly check last a minimum of two, an every other week check last a minimum of 4 weeks
Never associate with hobos for any reason ever
Sitting on the corner begging for money only solidifies your life as a permament hobo
Find out how much unnecessary shit you spend on and cut that shit as fast as possible and never look back
Get rid of all the unnecessary shit you already own. It's 80% unless you were pretty minimalist already.
Never let anyone at work know you are homeless, word spreads fast and far, no one treats homeless as people
I found 24 hour gyms cost more, but works better for odd schedules (grave shift, late mid-shift)
Don't be scared of shitting and showering in the gym, it's nearly my second home now and most people don't give a shit that you are there all the time, especially the employees
Don't eat out
Don't eat out
Don't eat out
I got myself a small camping stove to cook canned beans, rice, discount cuts of meat, etc
Use the microwave at the college campus
Keep your head down and eyes forward

I've been homeless since 2012, living in my car since 2017. It's a personal choice for me because fuck paying rent in the Bay Area. I'm getting my degree after 3 classes in the fall and moving somewhere much cheaper.

not really. $10 a month at planet fitness to have a dedicated place to poo/shower/lift everyday is probably the best thing for his mental and physical health right now

based and carpilled

Homeless shelters sometimes have gyms. However, they also have a population of fucked-up junkies. Do not make friends with them. They will drag you down.

10/month planet fitness sounds actually quite helpful in this lads case

better then 10/month MINUMUM on some liquor

Wow thanks for those hidden protein gems.

I don't think your muscles care about food quality, when I used to watch Kali muscle he'd make some garbage concoctions out of trash junk snacks.

I've thought about this a lot. I work out at pf because I'm paying off a shit load of student loan debt and some credit cards and I can't afford to work out at a nicer gym. But the place is practically built for people living out of their car.

Best advice in the whole thread

To be honest, having a gym membership while homeless doesn't seem like a bad idea since you can shower and change there for job interviews.

this desu

Keep your gym membership so that you can at least shower regularly. Go tp ypur local homeless shelter and see if they have any programs to get you back on your feet. Join the military if you can. Like air force reserves lol

Sounds like a perfect time to join the military. Just dont pick the muhrines.

Why not?

What's obamaphone?

This

You WILL lose weight. You probably won’t get stronger either. What I did when I was homeless for 8 months was lots of running and lots of calisthenics. I’m talking at least a 5k per day, and spending at least three hours doing pushups and pull-ups at the park. You’ll find you will have a lot of time available. Get on food stamps immediately if you can, tell them you’re homeless and they’ll expedite the process. All I ate was cans of based Chef Boyardee and water, since it was like, 70 cents per can. Still went from 220 lbs to 170 lbs.

If you can, get a gym membership to have access to weights, shower, and wifi. I would recommend Planet Fitness or Gold’s. Look for a job and keep a knife on you when you sleep.

“Free” brick phones Obama gave out to poor people.

Don't take this bullshit advice OP

Do calisthenics, find a trainee job

I wish the best for you user. Fight hard for some kind of employment

Risking your 1(one) life fighting for the (((jooz)))

Been thinking about this scenario. Dont the states have 24/7 gyms? You could theoretically get a membership there, and more or less treat it as a home. Locker for your shit, warmth, shower etc. Only thing lacking would be a bed of course, pretty essential but probably possible to find a workaround for that.
Literally become a resident of the gym.
Doesn't sound too bad imo and would give plenty of time to find a new job to get a proper home.

>Fighting for anything but money.
Literally lmao @ ur life.

The large majority of military jobs will never even involve a single life threatening situation unless you suffer a heartattack or injury or some shit.
I mean hell, the majority of actual military boots on the ground are in the minority of legitimate military forces the US has. PMCs do most of the work. You ain't risking your life pussy.

If the begin to suspect you’re homeless they can terminate your membership. Almost happened to me after the Mexicunt janitor saw me leeching the wifi everyday.

Hes a liar. Ever been to jail it's not like that you lose weight unless you buy meals off people or get red meat from the kitchen

This, honestly. It's the easiest way out for the shit you're in, OP.

Shelters are dangerous. Just go to sleep at night work out. Get welfare and spend it on food

Former homeless drug-addict here to help. In no particular order here's a list of shit that might help and that others have probably mentioned already.

>stay FRIENDLY AS FUCK seriously bend over backwards if it means keeping a friendship
>at the same time, keep all junkies and losers at arms length, play nice only if you have to
>get a food job asap, can easily supply most of your food/protein
>keep an assortment of trade goods on you, a cigarette/lighter/pipe can go a long way with people
>avoid alcohol no matter what, it makes being homeless "slightly better" which is not a good thing, also destroys gains
>learn to collect and manage your inventory like you're level 1 in an rpg, as in you have very low space and only keep what is necessary
>military, boy scouts, or just general camping knowledge will help a ton
>keep your feet, socks, shoes etc clean
>keep your head up, literally, looking down all the time is bad for mental health and makes you look shady
>cherish every last drop of water and stay hydrated at all costs
>learn where the good electric outlets, running water, and wifi spots are
>penny-pinch like goldberg and silverstein, no hotel rooms, energy drinks, snacks, etc

Getting a job and making friends at that job is key. I slept and basically lived at a 24 hour fast food place for half a year. I slept in the break room, in people's cars while they worked, and later couches when I'd made solid friendships. I made damn sure to avoid anything that would slow me down such as alcohol, shitty food, opiates etc, because I wanted to use any opportunity to help someone when I could, being tired in any way is not an option.

As for lifting, the homeless and always-working lifestyle provides a pretty good overall workout. I unloaded trucks at my job and offered to reorganize their inventory and later did the same to other stores. Earned me overtime and friendship points, plus kept me occupied which can sometimes be the worst part of being homeless.

1: planet fitness. They have showers, are open 24/7, AND have free pizza some days.

2: I found doing high volume was the only way to keep gains when losing weight, which you might. I actually gained muscle while dropping 20 pounds on Arnold's "blueprint to cut."

3: The Army might work. Join as a computer network specialist so you'll have a career after and are less likely to get blown up if we invade Iran.
But get EVERYTHING in writing before signing. Don't sign anything without reading it, and never trust what the recruiter says. He'll try to get you to fill some bullshit job.

BK doesn’t lay off. It’s fucking fast food you retarded attention larper holy shit. It’s minimum wage food industry, food industry never lays off you get terminated or you quit. Do you think those companies struggle with pay? The reason for lay offs? No. Fucking
Attention
LaRP

this the most american thread i have ever seen

Did you know fast food isn't completely centralized? It could be a locally owned BK that is struggling for money. They have to pay their own workers and reach company standards based on how much they get monthly.
Not sure if you're being retarded on purpose or not. Most if not all companies in the US work like this. You can get laid off in any minimum wage position.

>an obamaphone, and an old laptop to my name along with $800 total.
>surveyjunkie.com/

give complete rundown on this site
I've used survey sites in the past but stopped. for the profile do you just fill out yes in everything and lie in all surveys?

Nice.

Are you a brainlet? BK is franchise. Although to his point every single fast food place in my area has Hiring signs in the window because the economy is so good noone wants to work those low paid shit jobs. EVERY SINGLE ONE in Sacramento.

Dude if you are really 23 with no where to go live? Not a single friend or family member where you can just sleep on the floor??? If so money is the least of your concern because you are completely disconnected from humanity. I would highly highly advise that you stop being prideful and beg and apologize to someone who will give you a place to sleep so you can start rebuilding your life. And have some fucking respect for what they are doing for you and clean their house and bathroom when you arnt applying for jobs 8hrs a day until you get one.

>I'm broke and homeless but I prioritize lifting over everything else

Attached: 1557783710890.jpg (550x550, 38K)

I was living in a garage/ my car a few years ago. I moved to a new city, rented an apartment and got a job. I also had a trade ticket so it was easy to get my shit back on track. Maybe get a trade

Marines are quite literally mentally retarded

>for the profile do you just fill out yes in everything and lie in all surveys?
No be honest
>give complete rundown on this site
Take surveys, get points . not that hard, minimum cash out is 1000 points which is $10. You'll need a paypal account you can cash out into
Even if you don;t get into a survey you can get points

Stay positive, get some good sleep, keep clean, and go look for some work. I was homeless 7 years ago (now work in aerospace engineering) and I just hustled my way out.

It sucks and you might feel like being lazy or becoming comfy with street life but get out as soon as you can. Live cheap, apply for credit cards now, and just toughen up. It's not really bad. When I was sleeping on a park bench, I used to just remind myself that sleeping outdoors is natural and even if people thought I was a bum, they were idiots.

I got a job at someone's home office doing some computer work since she was a dumb boomer. Keep clean and before you finally leave your place, floss, scrub your body, get a short buzzcut, brush your teeth, etc.

Good luck. Wish I could help but I live in NYC.

is the browser addon worth it? might be shady but I'm sure they are trustworthy enough

this. It takes 30-60 days for your muscles to even atrophy. Focus on getting a job and a roof over your head OP.

I use it so I'd say sure

But doesn't that mean it will be easy?

OP should stop working out to have more time to get back on his feet.

check out Jow Forumsvandwellers whole community is based around effectively out of your car

Can you share some stories??

/thread

Unironically get a planet fitness, or at least a gym membership. Its nice to have a shower and a place to be rather than on the street

I had the best physique of my life when I was homeless because I would be weaken up at 3 by the cold and go to the gym 3 hours until my shift in the morning. I'll give you some tips

Go to the library to charge your phone and other misc electronics you might have. Buy a good portable charger. Shower at the gym go to 24hr or even planet fitness. Go on walks when you have free time. Go to a single gas station and get hot water in a thermos for teas oats coffee etc obviously buy gas and a thing or two but build a relationship with the cashiers. For a job just go to a job recruiter place. Just don't do drugs because they test. Don't talk to strangers who come up to you. Always lock your car at night. If you're in CA I heard that community colleges will soon let homeless students sleep in the parking lot so enroll in a class to meet qts.

>homeless
>bothering to try meeting qts
you niggas are a different breed. Maybe this is why I'm a virgin

Attached: 1561269298912.png (195x189, 94K)

I got a few blow jobs believe it or not. I had girls mire me bc I was thin but still had muscles like the twinks in Tumblr just girl things posts. Oh and the girl who ate my cum knew I was homeless

For the sake of Jow Forums I invite you to my home ... not ironic

join the military if you live in the us

I believe it, but what I can hardly believe is how vast the gap between my life and Chad's is. Very demoralizing

Haha dude I'm nowhere near Chad. She just thought I was interesting and she was a girl from a wealthy family and I showed her things she never experienced that's it. I just played my angle.

>but doesn't that mean it will be easy
Spoken like a true marine. Don't do it.

Know a dude who had no roof over his house, he got roof by becoming a fat lards boyfriend

25 year old neet here.

It's depressing how real the doomer memes really are. We truly are a lost generation. Boomers ruined the country financially, had comfy jobs with literally zero requirements, and now have the audacity to point fingers at us and expect us to be family men with a house and kids by the age of 20. We were raised by single mothers, without any influence of strong male role models to guide us through our troubles.

It was over before it even began. Good luck bro, i wish you the best. Hang in there.

Attached: 97686554.jpg (1177x686, 93K)

Go find a recruiter. Join the military in whatever capacity you can, save fedshekels, put them toward further education, investments, etc

The military is a good bet

Join the coast guard then

This
I work full time and a gym membership is still out of reach
