I disagree, bulking is as easy breathing, the only thing easier is being bloatmaxxing dirty bulker. Cutting is hard on your performance in the gym and requires you to carefully measure your caloric intake and the food you eat in order to still get adequate protein while eating at a deficit.

Bulking physically hurts me and a day without eating is like a day off of work.

I used to think this was a bullshit statement, having gone from fat to skelly to decently in shape and then fat again. But I realized I just dirty bulked because I had trouble following a clean solid diet. I still think cutting is difficult in itself, but it totally is a fucking chore to eat a “good” bulk diet. Not even the prep in cooking the food, just eating it. I cant stand any meat that’s not in a wrap/ sandwich other than fish or steak so eating chicken breast and rice is just hard. I feel stuffed and lose appetite after half a breast
