How were you when you first started
3 weeks
Get an electric trimmer or something. Anything that has different length guides. Use a medium length guide and go to town. See if you like the look, or would like less hair abd if so, do it again with a smaller guide. Also consider using different guides for different parts (higher length on chest but lower on stomach. Fade thr stomach from lower to higher from the sides inwards like a landing strip but faded. Etc)
Worst cast just keep your shirt on for a couple weeks if you dont like it. Grows back fast

Well Also spent a year escaping anorexic aushwitts mode dipping in and out of the gym trying to force feed myself and not starve myself.
I say 3 weeks, cus I spent a few months away from the gym.

From what I know BB is pointless if I'm doing Dips and Dumb-bell on the day, as for ohp I have no desire to build my shoulders isnce i'm trying go Hermes mode and doing body weight hand stands is enough to make my shoulders spread out anyway.
