Hard mode: post weight and height as well

why bother lifting if a tiger will always mog you?

No one mogs tigers, but maybe you can get big enough to mog a cheetah or cougar.

And then they rip you to shreds

newfag here, I know S/B/D/O but what do the HP stand for?

DID YOU KNOW THAT TIGERS HAVE %78 MUSCLE MASS? THEY ALSO HAVE %8-9 BODYFAT. THIS IS WHY I AM TRAINING. TO MAKE MYSELF MY OWN TIGER.

Its more realistic to be able to mog a big bobcat/lynx, i think it would be interesting to see who would win in a 1v1 to the death.
I believe i would win, but i wouldnt wanna risk my limbs finding it out, and i dont wanna hurt a pretty cat either. Love those fuckers.

My goal is also to develop the crazy fucking confidence Mike Tyson had, he owned a tiger, and he believed he could literally K0 it with 1 punch. Crazy son of a bitch.

Your legs need work, but you're doing pretty ok.
Make sure you get plenty of rest. Most people giving you advice forget to include the fact that you probably need closer to 9 hours of rest now instead of 6 that most people get.

6 foot, 11.9stone

my 5RMs:

front squat 75kg
back squat 105kg
bench 75kg
deadlift 135kg

thanks there were times i didnt train legs for weeks or only once a week so they're not where they should be, still feels good doing 2 plates though

You will never mog a tiger, but the closer you get to being one the more animals you will mog.
