I always tell myself eh i dont feel that tired ill just sleep a little bit nope. 8 hours of sleep feels like nothing. If i get less than that i literally feel mentally insane and i cant function for more than 2 hours and i can barely do that

My eyes are completely black and pale underneath and i feel like shit and then at night i cant sleep. I’ve been battling this staying up all night bull shit for like a year now and cant fix my sleep schedule at all. I keep trying to wake up after sleeping like 5 hours and i cant do it i will legit blow off everything and ruin my life just to get a few more hours of sleep. Not even 7 is enough!!!!!! I see people feel more well rested after sleeping 2 hours then i do 7 hours. For me 7 hours is like a normal person staying up for 4 days

You don't need health insurance to change your own habits.
You just need to wake up everyday at 6 am and go for a run outside in the sunlight, eat homemade unprocessed food, never drink alcohol, hit the gym 4 days a week at least, find a physical hobby that tires you out, put down all electronic devices past 7 pm, stop watching tv/porn all together, and have all lights off at 10 pm and bed in bed by 10 pm. No excuses. Do this and your sleep schedule will develop.
Think of it like this, your a puppy with all this built up energy, and your owner (You) is feeding you dogshit and never letting you outside, so now you wanna play all night long. Your owner needs to quit being a moron and making excuses and be a better owner.
