Age appropriate circuit and cardio training 4 days a week is, though. Won international rowing medals from 13-17. Besides doing tennis, cycling, running, hiking, each several times a month for fun.

I am not denying anything, but I am very suspicious when it comes to studies published by some journalist in media outlet and call it truth, since this same study can be conducted with a political agenda behind it.

However, if gym and getting fit changes anything on someone than it maybe because the person puts emphasis on their own well being, which plays into a civic virtue and thus onto the idea of individual responsibility of one own well being.

Do your own research.
