When you say mealprepping, do you mean cooking?
Depends on how much time you want to spend cooking and how many meals you are doing.
I usually do 8 meals, lately I've cooked some lentills with baby carrots and some spinach/Broccolli because i don't feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
Just do want you like to eat and fits your macros.

Cook all my food for the week tomorrow
Budget is around £50 max bro.
Breakfast & morning snack:
Oats, 1 scoop protein powder, fresh or dried fruit (I like blueberries)
1/3 sliced cucumber
Lunch: pasta with ground turkey meat sauce (jar of tomato sauce, peas, mushrooms, seasonings)
Dinner: chicken breast, potatoes, broccoli (all baked in the oven with random seasonings).
Nothing of what I said is expensive desu.
I just eat boiled potatos/carrots/sweet potatos with canned sardines in tomato sauce
I live a boring life and don't like spending all my time prepping food, so i eat the same thing every day. Groceries for all this (plus other random things like eggs, juice, Greek yogurt etc) comes to about $40 USD per week. Cheap, takes me 2 hrs to prep everything on Sundays and should hit all the macros
