Because boxing is a cope.

acting out masculinity is cope for?

>also be full of steroids
>also be a nigger
>also be a nigger who's genetics have been breed to be big and strong
>also be from the ghetto where you have to fight to live everyday

Yeah sure, it was just jogging a few miles a day that made him a monster lmao

>be adopted by World class boxing trainer
>study fight film fir hours every night
>don't attend schooling or work at all
>only box
>also be genetically gifted for it
Not that easy user.

i grew up with 3 sisters

Source and I’ll do this no joke

This doesn’t even fully describe it. His coach basically brainwashed him to believe he’s the best and lived for boxing . And he wasn’t just genetically gifted, he was fucking 5’10 200lbs at like 15 and OHKOd adults in the hood at 13. He was a freak.

I would absolutely recommend reading his autobiography, it’s incredible

Tyson's workout from a boxing workout book by gary todd

Being a heavyweight champion of the world is impressive and all, but I think he really hit his peak after creating a cartoon series.

What do you like?

>Implying Jews didn't create it for him

That's incredibly non-specific

Tyson is maybe too 10 tops and wasn’t half as good as guys like foreman Ali Holyfield

yeah but where are those fags' cartoons at huh that's what I thought losers all of them

Rocky Marciano was stronger and he did what OP said.

Cartoons are for fags

I'd rather keep my brain intact
there's also plenty of other people who do the same thing
not everyone gets to be on the top, even if they try just as hard or harder many will fail

Couldn't have greentexted that shit for us could you? Literally impossible to read.

As someone who can't live without sparring and have done Muay Thai, MMA, and Boxing

I believe boxing sparring is the least brain damaging out of them all once you learn defensive tactics

Say that to Mike Tyson's face and not online and see what fucking happens bitch he'll fucking kill you

t. delicate faggot who can't box or fight for shit

>Rocky Marciano was stronger

oh no, the retard's escaped again

You are a homo, but I fear sleep, so here you go:
>SPARRING DAYS:
>mental focusing/taking with trainer: 15 minutes
>loosen up/warm-up/stretching: 15 minutes
>shadowboxing (what italians do when they hear the rocky theme): three x three minute rounds
>speed bag: 10-15 minutes
>loosen up/walk around - get headgear on for sparring
>note: throughout the years, tyson worked with various trainers and his overall workout changed with each one. when he was at his peak, he would spar 12 to 15 rounds. later on in his career, he cut it down to eight rounds and sparred at an explosive pace.
>focus pads: four x three minute rounds
>moving around/loosening up to finish. rub down.
>strength work/floor work: additional session.
>stomach exercises: all exercises to the maximum
> (i'm assuming these are the 'stomach exercises') sit ups
>crunches
>leg raises
>side to sides: 20 minutes total
>pushups: 400 total
>squats: 400 total
>neck exercises: six minutes
>speed bag: six minutes
>skipping: nine minutes non-stop moving around

WARM DOWN/WALKING AROUND

>NON-SPARRING SESSION:
>warm-up/stretching/shadowboxing: 25 minutes
>slip bag (tear-shaped bag that swings on a rope): nine minutes total. [mike would throw uppercuts, while bobbing and weaving up and down, and forward, slipping out of its way as it swung towards him.]
>focus pads: four x three minutes (working on combinations)
>speed bag: ten minutes non-stop
>skipping: nine minutes

WARM DOWN/LOOSEN UP/WALK AROUND. RUB DOWN.

meme workout. Tyson was just a genetic freak who had great determination early in his career

What's meme about it?

It makes sense to train for explosiveness and endurance for sports.

Look at Tom Brady's workout. All resistance bands, not a single actual weight.

Can you post more from this book? I remember Tyson and Maywhether from yesterday

Mike Tyson Mysteries is hilarious as hell, though a lot of it due to Norm Macdonald.

Since when was being 5'10" at 15 considered impressive?

Because I don't want to end up with brain damage, a fucked face and cauliflower ears.

Retard i do bjj and can take on all of you untrained wimps

True
Tyson grew up in a rough neighborhood and was mercilessly picked on and bullied as a kid. He used to hide in the drywall of the apartment building to get away from the other kids

That's what drove his whole boxing career

5'10" 200lbs ??

You forgot:

>lots of jump roping
>12 rounds of sparring
>12 rounds on the punching bag
>lots of drills
>2 hours on the exercise bike every night
He did mostly cardio, and I still wonder how the fuck he was so damn strong.

I bet you wear flipflops to bars

he did lots of dips and neck exercises too. i think heavy conditioning and genetics had a role to play as well.

I like fighting sports and I think boxing is cool but I don't want to get brain damaged.

This is the reason I gave up combat sports when I was 20. Got my first concussion after fighting since 16, and gave up combat sports the next day. One concussion is bad enough, I wasn't risking multiples just for the sake of a sport I like. Now I play footy casually and run a lot. Combat sports are fun as fuck though.

Boxing is an intense endurance sport. Not everyone wants to specialize in that.
