I have hips like that, I cant remember the last time I felt good about my body. Everytime I see the reflection of just my face shoulders and arms in some reflection I think I look good and feel good about myself, but all that always gets inmediatly crushed after seeing my whole body in a mirror.
Is there any hope for me or should I just kill myself at this point

i have this. the taller you are worse it looks.
i built my lats + obliques to cover it, along with shoulders to give myself a taper. I get away with it saying "oh those are obliques from all the deadlifting." but i have a good deadlift (465 @ 185).

It's still noticeable but that's all you can do.
