here's a suggestion
make a turkey sandwich with some spinach and tomato 3 times a day, some roasted sunflower seeds as a snack, and a glass of milk or two everyday

Nicotine, caffeine and other drugs can lessen your appetite so avoid them. Try to be more active for “forcing” your body to need more food and then start to eat more gradually. Also liquid calories can help, milk is a good source of calories intake.

I use mutant mass. I make 2 shakes that i drink everyday. Each is 500kcal.
On top of that i eat breakfast, dinner and a nightmeal. I drink milk to every meal and also i try to eat some fruits through the day.

I dont count my kcals but the extra 1000 in liquid forms makes it way easier for me.

I work a physical job and am 170 pounds, I need over 3000cals a day at least to maintain. Canned fish and milk work wonders. Also, carbs are not the enemy if you actually use that energy.

And after about 2-3h you will be hungry again.
